Subject: Unprofessional Service and Health Code Concerns
Review:
I placed a mobile order at Popeyes and went inside to pick it up. When I gave my name for the order, the employee acted disrespectfully, mispronounced my name, and responded with attitude instead of professionalism. What made it worse was that the employee was handling food without gloves or a hairnet, with hair visibly hanging loose.
That’s a serious health code violation and completely unacceptable for any food establishment. I was shocked by how careless and rude the staff was. Popeyes needs to retrain their employees immediately—or replace staff who don’t follow basic hygiene and customer service standards. I shouldn’t have to worry about sanitation or disrespect when picking up my food.

Usually love Popeyes not this location almost all the tables where dirty trash can was full and all but two drink choices where good the others where out of carbonation and flavor. I had to ask for my drink 3 times and they forgot my order multiple times they where also out of honey.

This location was so rude and empty. I love Popeyes but this is my first time at this location. We walked in, we were not greeted or even looked at. We waited for a hot minute and we tried to grab the lady in the fronts attention. She barely turned around to say I’ll be with you in a minute. We were the only ones inside the place and there was maybe 2 cars in drive thru. We ended up leaving and as we walked away she greeted the person who just went up to the counter for her order. Very disappointed and disrespectful.

This Popeyes is very inconsistent. Sometimes the food is fresh and comes out fast, other times the wait is long and the quality isn’t great. You never really know what you’re going to get when you order. When they’re on point, it’s good, but the lack of consistency with both food quality and speed makes it hit or miss.

Food was good. No problem there. Very unprofessional staff, not mean, just not professional. No one here moves with any sense of pride or motivation. Apparently just being looked at means “Hello, can I help you?” Employees SLEEPING in the lobby. Lobby was clean though. The restrooms on the otherhand, were disgusting.

So I ordered a 3 piece get up to the drive thru window and they told me to back up so I can’t see in the window, which was very odd, got home I ate it and I got sick, VERY sick nearly went to the emergency room. When I pulled up I saw everyone laughing and nobody wearing any gloves, they did something to my food. I got suspicious when they told me to pull back while in the drive thru, they ruined my vacation. Beware of going to this location. Won’t go back ever.

Pulled up to the drive through, and the woman on the speaker told me the drive through was broken. Went inside and waited in line for 10 minutes behind a group of three. All the workers were busy filling mobile orders instead of helping people there in person. Ended up leaving after 15 minutes without being able to get any food.

Waited 30 minutes for food, had to go through the drive thru twice because they forgot about pulling us up. Maybe because the employees were running in and out the store talking to people. And they ran out of fries. I was a manager for Popeyes for 7 years and I don’t ever recall doing this to my customers but also every district manager runs their stores differently. I’d like my money back. The order was under Pace.

Popeyes has the best chicken (when cooked with the love it’s supposed to be) yet somehow manage to employ the individuals who can care less about the customer or their experience. Al would be disappointed.
