Paid $40 for a tender family meal, these were the tinders and instead of a large red beans they slapped it in 3 tiny containers. And for some reason had to wait for them to bring it out to me when everything I received was cold. I want my money back this place sucks every time .

Worst Popeyes in the area. Better off driving out of your way to the Wax Rd location than even considering this site. Even if you place your order online, you’ll still end up waiting almost an hour from when you placed it to when you get the food, regardless how busy they are. Drive thru always takes forever as well regardless of what you order. Final straw was going in to order from the lobby (had to pull menu up on my phone, 2 out of 3 of the menu TVs were off or dead) and being told that they weren’t cooking anymore chicken right then(5pm so not like it was a last minute order at close) so they wouldn’t take my order.

Waited in drive thru line over 20 mins. Only 2 cars in front of me. The 2nd car stayed almost full 20 mins. Once I got up to window to order was told they were not taking anymore drive thru orders at that time. Asked them to repeat and confirm to make sure I heard right. Was around 6:50pm 2/15/26. Was very disappointed and not happy after wasting my time to find out I could not order.

Why does this store even accept doordashes past 9pm. The manager told me they don’t cook any more food past 9pm. So when I show up after 9p, and they’re out of the thing the customer ordered (which gets to the restaurant before I do, so there is time to cook something to order), they ask me to cancel the order. If you refuse to make the food (the only thing your business does!), you call the customer and tell them that you’re lazy. When I call them to tell them, they’re upset at me (the messanger). It’s your job to make the food. How can you claim to be open till 11p, but refuse to cook food for the last two hours? Make this make sense.

I went there 2 weeks ago about 9pm and there was only one employee working. He was on a personal phone call using earpods talking loud and cursing the whole time I was there. Approximately 20 minutes. He gave my order to another person and had to remake because he was concentrating on his personal phone call. Worst run business that I have ever seen. It needs to be shut down.

I will not go back! I ordered 8 pc chicken only, I was told to pull over and wait till it came up. I waited 20 minutes, it was brought out to me, I couldn’t even smell it. Drove about 5 miles home, It was petrified, barely warm, I should have gotten 2 pieces of each, I got 3 legs, 1 thigh, 2- what kinda looked like a breast, 1- wing.. $19.?? I’m very upset, this should have never been offered to a paying customer. Waste management can have it.

This has got to be the worst Popeyes location of all time! They NEVER get my order right! I’ve had it! I ordered& paid for a 4-pc White Chicken with coleslaw, a lg Red Beans with NO rice and a lg Dirty Rice! I get home and this is what I got! 4-pc mixed, red beans WITH rice and a half container of dirty rice. Tell me how that is suppose to equal what I asked and paid for!! Terrible and yet I go back to give them another chance. Something needs to be done at this location!

Will not go back to this location. Ordered two up size 3 piece with bean & rice and coleslaw. Had to pull up and wait for 20 minute. Guy comes out to tell us they have no coleslaw nor potatoes & grave.
I say make it bean/rice and no wings. We get home and only have 3 bean, that was 90%. Rice, very few bean.
Also ask for no wing. But one of the orders had wings, (Remember we paid for up size). On top of that, the biscuit was hard.
I called to discuss with Manager ,she said I can come back. That’s not the point. I live 10 miles away, I’ve been working all day and it’s 9Pm.
I will not go back to this Popeye location.

When you pull up to the restaurant and see the employee sitting at a table facing the counter and he runs to the back along with the other employee to apparently hide so they don’t have to take my order I would say you need to check your employees.
It was not 9pm yet on 11/28/25 so when they wouldn’t take my order at the order kiosk, I pull up to the window, waited there as well and clearly see ALOT of chicken sitting up on the rack facing the restaurant.
Completely unacceptable.
