Was a quick roadside stop during a travel day. It was okay and not blown away. I did Surf & Turf and had two (3) tail nubs instead of shrimp. Cajun Rice was alright. 2 piece chicken meals for family were a bit cheated with small drumstick (like a chicken wing size). So, it did it’s job by filling an empty space. New employee, Mya, and her effervescent personality was the highlight.

The ice machine has no ice, I ordered sweet tea and their was none in the lobby, the bathroom had no hand soap and the water didn’t even work, on top of the fact it was hot as hell. (**But I’m their Defense because I know it’s not their fault**) there is only two people working, they’re slammed busy and them two employees both him and her were very nice. Had a good attitude and are doing their best. It’s not their fault that other employees don’t know how to come to work.

I went to this location at 7:45,ordered 10 piece signature checkin,I was told they only have 8 PC. Or 13pc.,I told her I had a coupon for 10 pieces. I sat there for 5 minutes,no response,I went in the unit and the lady at the counter was interviewing some one for a job and she failed to wait on me. I left and went to moss bluff to get my chicken.poor and untrained emplyees.

BEST Popeye’s I have eaten at by far! I stopped by the drive through and had my order taken quickly & food was hot and fresh. Everyone was super friendly and they didn’t get upset when I had to add to my order. Will definitely be back to this location
