I just left and had to leave a review because it was the best Popeyes experience I’ve ever had. I actually hate going to Popeyes because every single time I go the workers are so rude. Not at this location, they were so friendly it made my night so much better. I usually go to the lake Charles location if I go. I will drive out of my way to go to this Popeyes now because of them. ♥️

We finally took our chance to finally get this chicken sandwich that has been the talk of the town. So after attempting several times to get in drive thru’s to purchase this sandwich my review is that the sandwich is very good!!! This was so good we stopped several times and purchased this sandwich. This locations was great we had no issues.

Did an order online went to pick it up the workers were clueless walking around like zombies. Had Mac and cheese for my side really didn’t have anything in the container. To top that off I put blackened ranch for my dipping sauce they put ranch in the bag. The ghost pepper wings were cold and the Mac and cheese wasn’t really hot either . I hope they get it together over here.

Honestly the lady was very sweet but she only gave me 1 sauce for 3 pieces of chicken and her nails had so much dirt under them I felt really disgusted .

Walked in stood in the counter waited for at least 5 minutes for until I said excuse me and some said hold on… then I waited again until I said excuse me is anyone gonna take our order to the manager then some one come upfront and took it. They were so rude like rushing me they my order…. then I get my cup and try to get some ice the ice machine berly putting some ice i was like ok no biggie but then I get sprite go sit down and tasted it it was awful went again to dump it out I was gonna get ice and nothing came out. Asked the manager to give me some ice. Thank god the food came out early but I berly even got some shrimp Overall didn’t like my dine in at all the place is dirty and not up for the task!
