This location was horrible. Told it would be a 10 min wait which is fine but ended up being 25 minutes. When I went in to check on the food it took 12 minutes for anybody to acknowledge me. The lady taking the order was ok I guess but the person that brought the food out had an attitude. At the end of it all the food was cold and the sandwich was loaded down with sauce. The bread was even soggy. Smh it sucks all around

Food is not always hot or fresh. Chichen wings are soooo small and that is my favorite pice of chicken but there is no way I’m paying that price for that small thing. Now, the customer service is usually good. They are friendly and kind. When I do call and tell them my food is messed up or cold, they always make it good.

The food is usually fresh and hot, but it seems the staff has a hard time giving us the correct order. The last 3 times our order was wrong every time. They are willing to fix the order but when all you have is about 20 minutes to get food and eat there’s little time to wait or go back.

Her answer “well I just pulled it from the lights.”
Well just because it’s sitting under a light doesn’t mean it fresh.. & or hot.
When it no heat the box is cold ..

After tax, almost $5 for a regular gravy. The little cup is only filled halfway. When asked for it to be filled up, I got given giggles and told I’d have to pay for 2 orders of it. (And before asking me to send an email to whatever, look at your cameras 12.15.24 325ish pm, and fix the problem.
