The lady was really nice but she was buy herself. The doors were locked and you can only use the drive through. We requested two ghost pepper meals but was only provided the sandwich only (We let if go because she was so sweet and you could tell she was overwhelmed and overworked). We also ordered a 3 piece meal and she managed to get me fresh hot chicken. We were satisfied with the food. Although, it was a bit of a wait for fresh food. Not a napkin provided. The was looking forward fo macaroni and cheese and it did not disappoint, it was really good.

This place is absolutely ridiculous!! Came here to pick up an order and it took forever to get my food and when I say forever I’m talking like 30 minutes! The lady in charge was not nice, she was actually rude. She told me she would bring out my food and I had to go in to get it. I will never and I mean ever come back to this location of Popeyes!!!

Took an hour to get our food and we sat in the drive thru for like 30 min while they were sitting and eating in the seating area. Huge hole in the glass wall covered by a piece of board. LIKE HUMONGOUS!!!! Workers were fighting and started leaving an hour before closing. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Broken chairs- dirty water bucket on the table. Leftover food on table. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

Came for the chicken, stayed because Margen was running the place like a boss. Food was hot, line moved fast, and she still had a good attitude with everybody. 10/10 service—Margen understood the assignment✊

Tried Popeyes on Enterprise Blvd after eating in Sulphur. The chicken was seasoned and not bland. When I walked in I was surprised to be welcomed in by the shift Manager Margan, she doubled checked the order before giving it to me and most of all she was smiling.

Manager extremely RUDE and unprofessional! I was passing through the city and this location was right off the interstate. After sitting at the drive-thru speaker for (15) minutes without a word from anyone, I thought perhaps the speaker was broken. I then began to drive to the window and suddenly heard someone say “welcome to Popeyes” so I then backed up and said “Hi, can I please order…” Rude, loud & condescending, the person replied, “HI!!! Can you please hold?!?!?” I then replied and said “no worries, but I’ve been waiting already for 15 minutes”…the person replied with “I don’t have to serve you goodnight”…confused, I proceeded to park and enter the restaurant…I then asked for the manager…the rude person replied “I AM THE MANAGER and I’m refusing your business”. Nervously I accidentally replied “I need to speak with who works for you” the lady then says “Everyone in here works for me and I’m not serving you”. A nice gentlemen in the lobby responded and told the manager, that’s no way to speak to a customer. The manager the responds and says that I was screaming at her through the speaker which a blatant lie! Never in my adult life have I ever been treated so rudely in an establishment. Furthermore, the restaurant kitchen area was extremely dirty. If I could give this location zero stars I absolutely would!

Great service, love how they communicate with one another. Love the team work. This is coming from a ex manager in the fast food industry! I’m knowing you guys speed of service is good. Keep it up. When you think no one is watching they are.

I want to say this crew is by far the best! I had so many different experiences, but this one hit it. Makes me want to come back to the food industry. Everyone is so professional. Not to mention the communication is everything in team work! My food was really good and fresh. Special shout out to the GM Keith , Rendaill on the chicken and Margan helping me make my experience better

I was picking up a DoorDash. And I watched them mop the floors without gloves and touch the food right after. They had the boxes of food open while actively Mopping the floors with solution. Even if they are closing and rushed for time nothing should be touched without gloves especially the food and the boxes.
