Stopped in at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen while passing through, and the experience was noticeably better than most fast-food spots in the area. The food came out fresh, hot, and seasoned the way Popeyes is supposed to be. Chicken was crisp without being greasy, fries were actually cooked right, and the order was accurate down to the sauces.
What stood out more than anything was the service. The young lady at the counter was patient, attentive, and moved the line efficiently even with a rush coming in. You don’t usually get that level of courtesy at busy locations, but she kept everything smooth and professional.
Store was clean, tables wiped, and the atmosphere was relaxed. If you’re in the area and want a reliably good Popeyes stop, this location is worth it.

Got a chance to visit my favorite resturant in Carencro Louisiana. This Popeyes was by far the best.. The food was cooked fresh and hot…The staff worked in a organized manner… They communicated well to complete our order…What stood out for me was how clean and sanitized the facilities and dinning area were kept…Keep it up…

I ordered the $6 spicy tenders box, and it was fresh, hot, and definitely worth the wait. The spicy tenders from this Popeyes are my favorite. I did have to wait about 10 minutes, but that’s because I asked for fresh tenders, so I didn’t mind. The cashiers could speak a little louder, but overall, the customer service was decent.

It’s something every time I go here. Most times it’s the long wait but today it’s the amount of fries I received. So I asked the lady can I get the rest of my fries, and she tells me that’s 3 ozs of fries, that’s all they allowed to give me. Wow, this can’t be real or this definitely isn’t 3ozs.

I spent $15 on three wings that comes with a biscuit and a large red beans and rice and a medium drink. The wings were so small. I have never seen small wings Like that. They were not more than 2 inches hardly any meat on them Compared to churches, there’s just no comparison what a shame what a shame to be selling such small Pieces ofchickens

i got to the speaker to order my food, the girl was rushing me to finish my order. i waited in the parking lot for about 50 minutes on my food and it was cold. They gave me none of the sauce i asked for. The only thing that was hot was the mac and cheese but it was mostly burnt cheese, barely any macaroni. i also order two strawberry and cream pies and they gave me apple instead. i am very upset seeing that i just got off of work and had to wait that long just for my order to be messed up.
