Very annoyed with the service and issues I encountered today. I asked for 2 wraps and was told that I can only order it through the app. So they *can* make it, but I can’t order it at the counter. I have to download the app to order it. Ridiculous, but ok. I took the time to download the app, scour the menu for 10 minutes, and it turns out the wraps aren’t even on the app. They don’t exist on there. They are not on the online menu.” At all. When I told her it wasn’t on the app, she just said, oh ok. No apology, no offer to make it, nothing. Just “okay”. Still, I moved on and ordered something else. Even though they can make the wraps but refused to. I practically have the new order in my hands when they tell me they are only accepting exact change when paying with cash because they don’t have any change,….. as if they couldn’t have said that since I arrived or at least put a sign. after all this ridiculousness I cancelled my order and went somewhere else. Do better.

The best popeyes location I’ve been to in quite some time, even though it’s in a gas station this is better than most free standing locations.

Person at window was more worried about playing on her phone and having an attitude than working. Told me to go to the front and got made when I stopped at the window, and told me to go around to the front. How did she know what car I was in if I just drive around? When I got my food just basically through it to me at my window. Will not be coming back. Food also was not worth the money. 0/10 at this location.

This Popeyes is pretty well clean and nice. Staff is nice. I got the famous Popeyes chicken sandwich. The restrooms are dirty tho unfortunately. Other than that it’s pretty good Popeyes. There’s also a gas station being built next to it. Overall a good Popeyes except the restrooms were dirty making it 4 stars.

I ordered my food online and I never gotten my food only a wrong order that wasn’t mine. I talked to costumer service and they said my order was still being delivered which wasn’t. Ordered off Ubereats. Forgot a side, The chicken was suppose to be classic and they made it spicy. Chicken was awful.
