The woman working the drive thru was nice enough, however, our order was not. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with french fries and a Dr. Pepper and another spicy chicken sandwich. After waiting for our order, we went home ( live less than a mile away). Our fries were cold and stale. They forgot the pickles on both of the sandwiches and they each had the smallest smear of sauce. To top it off, the chicken was not hot and definitely not fresh. What happened? I don’t mind waiting at Popeyes. It’s to be expected, but usually the food is hot and fresh. We were disappointed to say the least.This was going to be a treat for us but a treat it was not. Definitely not worth the cost. Save your money and go somewhere reliable.

GROSS! THIS PLACE IS A WRECK. Went inside to pick up an online order it was not greeted by an employee who ignored me and played on her phone. Waited over 15 minutes to be handed the wrong order. This location won’t be getting my business again.

The food is real good and generally the service as well. However, the day I stopped in they were working short handed si everything just took that much longer. I also ordered the 5 piece tenders meal and when I got home and opened it I received the 5 piece chicken parts combo. While it was good food I was a little disappointed it wasn’t the tenders meal I had ordered and was expecting to see.

This is the worst Popeyes we’ve ever been to Let me be clear we LOVE Popeyes food -10/10 Fantastic delicious we will always eat Popeyes… This particular location though? AWFUL.
They have gotten our order wrong, literally EVERY SINGLE TIME – We have given up ordering from this location. Every time we would bring the food back in to have it corrected the employees would act as though we were the problem, and give us attitude It just wasn’t worth the headache anymore, which is super disappointing because this is a good location for us, but food is too expensive in today’s economy – And lately eating out is a luxury, and when they get our food wrong every time and we don’t even get half our order… Doesn’t exactly make us want to eat here again.
So again, we love Popeyes food! But We absolutely will not be eating at this location… I think they just need to come in here and reevaluate the employees, and honestly it seems like some of them don’t know what they’re doing
So if some sort of management can step in and correct some of the behavior and make sure their employees actually know how to do their job we can start eating here again ♀️

I just went through the drive through at 12:25 today , I waited in line for 25 minutes before being helped . She did not communicate that she would be right with me .
This has to be the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. It genuinely blows my mind how little effort is put into customer service here. It doesn’t matter what you order—they’ll grab whatever is closest, toss it in a bag, and act like you’re the problem for pointing it out.I was met with a look of pure disgust—like I was bothering them by existing. No sauce , no paper towels , wrong drink .. ( i was remind many times ) . Ridiculous

Waited over 35 minutes to get my food. Food was incorrect and when I went inside to inform them that it was incorrect I was greeted with attitude as if I was wrong although I had my receipt. Finally got my correct order then many hours later I and my family are now sick from eating here. NEVER AGAIN.

When I came for dinner, I got into the drive through line with a couple cars ahead of me. Waited and 5 cars end up behind me waiting as well. So im stuck in line because there is only 1 way out and thats forward. I keep waiting. 20 minutes go by of me giving benefit of the doubt as to what’s going on, and I finally go to the car at the speaker and ask what the hold up is. They, just as frustrated, tell me they were told the last time to wait, 15 minutes ago. So I now go to every individual car behind me and ask if theyd back out so i can leave. Im getting asked questions like I was a worker out there, which should’ve occurred or some form of heads up there would be an extended wait. I finally get out of line and head up front where I tug on a locked door and several people are saying they dont know how to get ahold of someone or how to get in; doordashs, customers, etc. Finally a woman comes out and says she is alone tonight. That’s it. I told her at the very least people need to be let known of what’s going on so people aren’t getting stuck in the drive through not knowing it’ll take 30 min and she said to be patient and that it wasn’t her problem I was stuck in the drive through. I felt I was very patient up till I went to figure out what was happening, but also didnt appreciate how I had to handle a situation like that as if I knew already what I was getting into. I really hope they get that woman some help at that location, properly staff, but also properly train. There has to be something they can do, if they are even able to only operate with 1 worker. Very thankful there is a better location and one to have confidence down the road on Verot.

Tonight when getting our food the young lady taking orders stuck her head out the drive thru window and spit by my car while my door was open. It was so nasty and disgusting to spit next to a customer while serving food. Then she caught an attitude when I called it out we thought she was about to fight her manager.

Food is always great BUT had to wait so long for food which didn’t even include the biscuit that was paid for AND the extra sauce on the chicken sandwiches! Sandwiches came with barely ANY sauce!!!! I am very unhappy.
