My family and I made a stop here at this location, the staff here treated us with such hospitality. Our time here was full of laughter and joy. I would not mind visiting the employees here again just for a good laugh. Oh, before I forget, the food was good too, they also were very patient and friendly as we ordered.

Edit : after getting my food all 3 of my chicken sandwiches were basically the flattest non crispy chicken whereas it seems like I was given long ago cooked chicken that taste like turkey meat and was so chewy. I couldn’t finish one sandwich and gave the other 2 away.
I gave 5 stars for the staff but the food brought it back to a 1. Sorry man but I spend hard earned money on food at least let me enjoy it how it’s supposed to be made with care Jesus ..

Hands down one of the best Popeyes experiences I’ve had. The chicken was hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and the biscuits were fresh. Service was quick and friendly, and my order was accurate—always a win. Will be back!

This Popeyes location has IMPROVED ALOT.. Me and my coworker Kris work around the corner and we come here often.. food is always HOT & QUICK.. We used to order on the app 1hr earlier just so our food can be ready at lunch.. the service has gotten so much better that we really dont need the app as much.. we can come order on the spot.. I’ve seen when they are short handed they bust their A$$ alot.. alot of people don’t see that and the bad reviews keep coming.. i think this whole popeyes staff (Pinhook Location) deserves a RAISE..

I went at dinner time (5:45pm)- ordered a 2 piece leg and thigh. I got a cold greasy small leg and wing. The biscuit was a hard cold hockey puck and the mac and cheese wasn’t even half full. They were out of every carbonated fountain drink and since I had already paid for it, the only option was watered down lemonade. $10 wasted. DO BETTER. *including pics.*

To keep the review short. Ordered online. Partner went inside to get it. Order was wrong. I went back inside to get the correct order. Proceeded to deal with the most rude and argumentative manager. Called my partner a liar saying she told him to call me cause the order was gonna be wrong? I was on the phone with him the whole time because of multiple problems with this location. Last time wasting money here. 1 star is generous.

The absolute worst service ever!!! I’m the only one in the lobby & still had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to take my order. Then longer then that to get my food. The people working there truly could care less about their customers!!

Everytime I come here they make you wait 25 minutes for an order. They have you pull up ahead and wait for as long as they want. Nothing about this place is fast food, I have gotten my order at a sit down restaurant faster than this Popeyes. Always a terrible experience
