Order was completely wrong, chicken was cold. Order spicy dark meat, received cold original white meat. Chicken pieces were extremely small and dry, like they were overcooked and been sitting for a long time. Ordered food thru mobile app, and still had to wait 25 minutes for it. Then it was missing the biscuits and apple pie. Ordered red beans and rice, there was only about a tablespoon of rice in it, which was hard. Needless to say it was the worst order I ever received from any Popeyes location. Hope they get it together and do better. However I did send a complaint through the app, and they gave me a partial refund.

I’ve stopped here due to its proximity to the truck stop for over 5 years now. Hands down worst experience out of any popeyes ever. I was given the wrong meat, quantity and it was cold. All in all It took just about an hour to get my original order which was a 3pc spicy, dark with fries. Don’t forget all the attitude behind wanting what you ordered in the first place.

Din in waited over 30 minutes for a 2 2 PC dinners and an order of strips. Drive through was actually a Lil faster but some waite with people fussing almost fighting cuz cars had to pull up and wait. Employees arguing so loud, it was totally crazy.

First time at this location. Stop for lunch and it felt like I was in line forever. The people at the window was not polite by any means. I did not get my red beans and only one bbq sauce for all my chicken strips. The lobby was not open and I did not have the time to turn around go back and sit in line again. The location looked extremely rundown. I would not return to this location.

Hands down worst Popeyes ever , if your on your way to Houma just stop there please I waited in line for 20 minutes today and everybody behind me had left . Nobody even bothered to take my order or even speak to me everyone’s back was to me the whole time and I ended up leaving with nothing .

No straws, ketchup, etc out by the fountain drinks. I had to get up & wait until staff was finished with other customers before I could get a straw & then again for ketchup. I purchased the two to dine for $10.99.
I asked for all white meat. I thought there were 4 pieces of chicken so I asked if she could cook 2 spicy & 2 mild. Staff says it comes with 5 pieces. As I’m talking to my friend who I’m sharing the meal with, the staff says, “No worries. We’ll just split it in half.” 5 pieces split in half?!?
Anyway, when I received my food, there was 1 wing, 1 breast, 1 thigh, & two legs. I didn’t bother with complaining or asking for them to switch anything out. Especially after hearing she was going to split the 5 pieces of chicken mild & spicy!
Almost every time we dine, there is a worker who spends more than 10 minutes in the restroom while patrons are in line waiting. One decided to go use the men’s restroom bc it was taking so long. I’m not one to usually give reviews, much less a negative review. However, something has to give. Poor management! Get your workers to do their jobs!!

Very bad, I would say horrible, they sold me a chicken that was in bad condition, it really smelled rotten. They should pay attention to the product they are selling. I bit into it and had to take it out of my mouth. I bought something for three people and theirs is like that too… please check your product… why shouldn’t you sell chicken that is in bad condition? This is the first time something like this has happened to me at Popeyes.

bruh when I tell you these guys always get your order wrong I mean ALWAYS. Not a single time have I been to this popeyes and actually got everything I paid for. Don’t even get me started on the wait time either. They make you wait 20+ minutes for what?? how busy can you be where everyone has to wait and everyone doesn’t get what they want? I’ve had to cancel orders multiple times cause they’ll send me away saying they can’t make it.
