We were unable to order because of the girl at the window. First, the menu screen was black and blank. We said hello multiple times and no one said anything. We drove to the window to try to order. The girl working had a terrible attitude. She said “excuse me you didn’t order at the window you just drove off”. We said no the truck in front of us drove off. We tried to order but no one said anything and the screen is blank. She said I know the screen is blank you can’t order here. We had to leave because she refused to take our order. We will never go here again.

Their goal is not to provide quality customer service. Their goal is to rush the ordering process in order to manipulate the count of the timer at the pickup window. They tell you to “pull forward” before you can finish a sentence because sitting at the window will screw up their statistics. And, say you ordered an extra biscuit, don’t expect it. Normally I would send a complaint to corporate, but some of these people are over 40 and working in fast food. What more could anyone else do to make their lives harder? Getting them fired would be doing them a favor.

Depending on what day and time you go depends on how long you have to wait in line or in your car parked to wait for your food. Very seldom do they have enough chicken cooked during lunch or dinner time to keep people from waiting 25 minutes probably longer. Sad sad sad

i ordered a 2 piece,dark meat,mild,with the newest side dish-mac&cheese,and a Hi-C fruit punch drink,this location only has the drive-thru open because the lobby has been temporarily closed since Hurricane Ida(due to lack of staff),it was a pleasant experience,very polite staff,quick service and efficient,everything was delicious ,the mac&cheese was also tasty
