the staff be outside smoking, my wings was hard and cold. Tonight was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced ! lady in the drive through was so rude she had a very nasty attitude with me and my husband rolling her eyes and slamming the drive through door when I was asking a question.This is the third time we have had to deal with this lady and her nasty attitude. I’ve been coming to this location for about a month now and I always go through the drive – thru and every person I encounter is always unpleasant and rude at this location. But the short hair bald lady tonight was the worst of them . What a disgrace of a woman laughing and joking with her other coworkers after I told her she gave me the wrong order and closed the window on me like I was bothering her . Talk about poor service. I order delivery only bc I just had surgery I can’t drive or walk , I literally stay right behind Popeyes and could not get my food, 2 drivers went there , I texted and called the 2nd driver who couldn’t even answer me, I had to chat with support for them to say it was an hic cup with my order and I’ll get a refund in 5 to 10 days Are you serious. Very Disappointed with Popeyes and I advised no to order delivery bc if I couldn’t get an order in a timely manner that’s literally 4 minutes away that’s a problem With Delivery and the Restaurant.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I Won’t be back to this location ever !!! The employees are so rude dont seem to care about the customers or their jobs. My fries where just thrown in the bag all over the place and biscuits thrown in with the chicken and when I asked why wasn’t everything in their own boxes she replied rudely- what do you want me to do about it they ran out of boxes and rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut .SAVE YOUR MONEY NOT WORTH IT !Chicken and fries looks like it’s been cooked in old grease biscuits hard and dry .

Me and my wife came to this popeyes 10/28 about 7pm going through drive window lady with braids told us that we had to come in to get our food because there was a 15 -20 min wait if we got our food through window .she was hella rude and shut the window on my wife .when I go in there’s about 3 other people where in the waiting area the same rude lady was yelling and cussing saying to the other employees that she’s sick of popeyes and she hates this place and we the customers are gonna wait and all of this is being said in front of customers . Needless to say the young lady who rang me up fixed my food I was out the door 5mins or less . Basically the rude lady with braids just didn’t want to work the window so she makes everyone come in for there food that was waiting in drive threw . I can only imagine what can go wrong if shes actually handling the food herself . Very poor customer service ! Popeyes please hire people that actually want to work .
