Over 40 mins for 16 piece tender spicy family meal one large fry with two large Mac and cheeses. I ordered at 8:59 my receipt states and my clock on my car and phone states 9:37pm. Called and was informed at 9:30 that my food would be right out.

I gave it four stars cause sometimes the wait is a bit long but worth it every time to me personally. But others tend to complain. I’d much rather hot fresh food when I get home than to wait all that time just for it to be cold and my food is never cold. Always fresh hot and ready to devour.

Recently at this exact Popeyes have jus been horrible really giving a bad name to reputation of the franchise every time i go there have to wait 30min+ even if is just a chicken sandwich and some fries, service is horrible workers are rude and still remember seeing workers fist fighting in the back while everyone was waiting for food after 30-40mins jus left. Personally would rather drive the extra 5-10mins to Canal for quicker and better service. Tbh would rather drive to houma before i go here again.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would, this is by far the WORST Popeyes in the area. They don’t listen nor pay attention to you’re orders. Employees give you what they want to instead of what you’re money is paying for. Just a bunch of incompetent idiots that can’t seem to get orders correctly or charge you the correct amount. Chicken was old beans were also old and the biscuits were also hard and dry it’s really sad I wasted my money at this establishment I recommend anyone to not visit this location at all the one on North Canal is more professional and food is always fresh.

Thibodaux Popeyes–only 3 people at work. Cashier was rude and took it out on customers. Said the wait was 10 minutes (was actually over 25 minutes) was overcharged. Cashier argued that I was not overcharged and then went over the order and saw that it was her mistake and rolled her eyes at me. Then, when I finally got my order I was shorted. I will not be visiting THAT Popeyes ever again.
