Always check your bag before you drive away from this location. The staff is kind and has replaced every spicy chicken sandwich they accidentally put mayo on. Thats great, but that means do not order for delivery or it will be wrong. Also, every single time I order the large Mac from this location they give me 3 small containers that are less than halfway full- evidence in the pictures. How am I supposed to ask for what i believe i have paid for? It feels like a cheap trick. I don’t like it.

Wow! The crew on the night of 1/18/2026 was absolutely amazing! We showed up with a huge order for our family of 16 that was in from out of state for a wedding. We placed a large order and the staff let us know everything was being made fresh. The food was delicious and fresh. This is the second location I have been to in the last week and experienced 10 out of 10 service and food. Thank you so much!

Absolute insanity! I cannot believe I’ve been here for 40 minutes after ordering on the app because they never made the food -And then had the nerve on Ash Wednesday to tell me it’s because I ordered the fish sandwich

So half the order is sitting ice cold while they are annoyed because they have to make a fish sandwich which we wait all year for during lent
This place needs a complete overhaul and I guess once I get the food since I cannot cancel it they told me I will just toss it in the garbage because it’ll be ice

Spent my whole lunch break here and had to get out my car, because I waited over 15 minutes supposedly for popcorn shrimp that they told me it would take three minutes to pull up for.
I watched as they handed people food in the lobby left and right as well as as the people who were in cars behind me in line. I know that they forgot about my order, because that is not the first time that has happened at this location.
How am I waiting 20 minutes almost for popcorn shrimp? I ordered and got my receipt at 2:03 PM and I did not get my food until. 2:20 and ONLY BECAUSE I WENT IN TO GET IT and stopped waiting.
Ridiculous, attitudes and both employees at the window had filthy nails
Long nails full of dirt and food and who knows what else . disgusting. and on top of all that food was old and cold besides the shrimp

Don’t leave the drive through without checking your bag got every item. There’s ALWAYS something missing, and right now I was about to drive away with more than 50% of my order missing. I know we hood, but can we try to pay attention? Maybe you’re not paying enough Popeyes.

My first time going to an authentic Popeyes in Louisiana. The menu selection was great and exciting. However, you can only order on a kiosk, which wasn’t the best experience, especially if you’re trying to make modifications. We waited a very long time for our order to come up at least 30 minutes maybe more and no one was even inside the restaurant. It was fairly empty. Random people were sitting around the restaurant charging their phones. You couldn’t tell if they were patrons or what. When our order finally came up, the food was lukewarm. Not only that they forgot half of our meal messed up. Our meal gave me the totally wrong drink. I paid for a more expensive drink, and they gave me a regular fountain drink. They didn’t give me my sides or my biscuits. Any utensils or any napkins. My boyfriend went up there to try and make it right and they just ignored him as he stand at stood at the counter. Finally, I went up there and had to grab someone’s attention just to get our order right. The taste of the food was pretty good too bad it wasn’t hot. Would not recommend this place maybe other Popeyes are better.

The employees wear their aprons in the bathroom. If you order at the kiosk they miraculously don’t get your order but there’s no one at the register to ring you up. If you pay with cash be prepared for them not to have change. Also, be prepared to spend 30 minutes waiting for food.

Check your order before you go. Asked for blackened tenders trying to be a little healthier, got classic tenders not even spicy ♀️ and ask for sauce in case they don’t ask you if you want any. A little disappointed for sure

Have been waiting 20 minutes for my food despite the board saying my food was ready. Saw a worker taking her break when they were clearly busy. They say your food is ready to keep them in the green even though they taking slow as hell with absolutely no hustle.
