We just had the best experience at this location on 1/17 at 10:30pm. First we arrive in the drive thru and the staff was very patient with me and my family. We ordered a lot of food and they let us know they would be making it fresh. We waited and they brought the food over to us. The food was amazing and everything was made to order. When we were on the car waiting they came back and asked us if everything was good, which it was! Overall 10/10 experience from all the staff!

Don’t get caught up at this location during busy times and get asked to drive up to wait for your food, because you will get pushed behind the customers inside and behind you. There is no organization when using the pull up method, apparently, and you should receive your food in a timely matter just like everyone else nonetheless. In the event that you visit this location at a busy time, and are asked to pull up, either demand to know the wait time (which should be given) or request a refund right then and there and move on to save yourself the hassle.

Staff was overwhelmed by lunch rush. Customers irate because of the wait. Customer service could have been better. Ordered spicy chicken but it was over spiced. Chicken wing was way too small. Should never have been cooked and put in someone’s order. Cajun rice tasted off. Bad cramps shortly after eating. Not sure if it was because food was too spicy or if Cajun rice was bad.

Make sure you check your order before you leave the store. Had to return because biscuits were placed in the bag instead of 6 wings. Spoke to manager and she basically told me that it was a misunderstanding on my part because I didnt know what I was ordering. She kept saying I asked for ghost pepper wings as did not, I asked for 6 Spicy and 6 mild wings. The cashier explained when I ordered, that it would be 12 mild wings. I then just asked that they mKe them plain and put a sweet and sour sauce on the side. I recieved the 6 wings & Sauce but not the other 6 plain wings.
The manager was very rude telling me I need to know what to order. She never assume fault and never offer no compensation even though I drove about 6 miles home only to come back. We as customers need to hold people like this responsible. Im the one person that always wants to give people a break but it really dont matter because attitudes like this are continuous.
What ever happened to the customer is always right and even if they’re not, make them feel like they not wrong. Empathize with the customers and do everything to make it right.

It’s cool if you order something as regular however, I asked to have my wings extra crispy ..that means make them fresh and DOUBLE DIP THEM IN THE BATTER (fyi, it’s not cross contamination to complete this task before it’s dropped in oil) and the manager told the cashier “we don’t re-dip the chicken”. Find another job if you’re not going to adhere to the customer’s request who paid $14 for 6 wings.
