I went to this location the evening of 12-21-25. The guy with the glass on, I don’t know if his the manager or not. But his service Excellent. The whole Entire crew was real nice.

The rude employee at the window was unbelievable. He pulled me up and told me his drive-through was full, so I had to go inside and get my food. He claimed he was the only one at the window, and he insisted that I shouldn’t have ordered on the app, as in that’s what I get.
When I went inside, the food wasn’t even ready, and when I finally got it, items were missing, and didn’t realize until I made it home. If there’s an employee shortage, this place shouldn’t be running. Let alone have employees with disgusting attitudes, especially at a place they chose to work at.

I’ve had many bad experiences at Popeyes, but this one was great. We ordered at the drive-thru. Communication was great, the guy working the window got our order correct and was on top of his game. Our order contained all we ordered and the food was delicious.

I visit this Popeyes very frequently being that I live next-door to it. Every time I come here the cashier Rachel is always such a sweetheart !! , She’s always smiling, welcoming, polite and hard working . She makes my experience very pleasant every time. Also the management team that was working tonight , did an outstanding job with the dinner rush…despite the drive thru and lobby both being busy. They were very polite as well and letting the customers know that they were working hard to get the orders out. Outstanding job team.!!

Been at this location several times, the chicken is ALWAYS bland sides are trash. I keep going back hoping we’ll maybe next time they will get it right but still bland food. The Popeyes on Barataria is a better location. Waste of money. Mad enough to write an review.
