I had made a big pick-up order and was missing 12pc boneless wings from my order. When I first got there they were pretty busy and everyone of those workers were working, not one person was just standing there doing nothing. I left home and started handing out food and that’s when I realized I was missing a 12pc. No worries, i saw they were busy so no need to fuss about it. I went back POLITELY told them what was missing from my order I took pictures to show how one box was had stickers on it say it had 24 pieces in it and when it only had 12pc (best i can do to show proof), they POLITELY responded and told me it would be a wait although I was super hungry no worries I understand it takes time. I just wanted to show appreciation to service I was given during their busy time. Please remember if something is wrong or missing in your order (especially when busy), these workers are humans not robots be kind or go home and make your own gosh damn food.

0 STARS!! MY CHICKEN WAS NOT COOKED!! I placed my order for a big box (2 pc dark + 2 sides) on the mobile app at 8:28pm, got there a few minutes later and waited 20 minutes at the speaker before pulling off and trying to get my money back, which did not happen, and proceeded to get a message saying my order was finally ready at 9:00pm. I circled back to the restaurant to get it because I wasn’t getting my money back and the line was longer now , got to the speaker and waited ANOTHER 30 MINUTES before just going to the window and getting my order after 5 minutes, then had to switch my side because the red beans were watery and greasy. Wild.

Ordered a 5 piece mixed and received a 5 piece dark. My friend ordered a 3 piece tenders and a mac n cheese. They told us they were out but they clearly had Mac n cheese. When we spoke to the manager we got the Mac n cheese. They didn’t want to scoop some. Tenders were the size of chicken nuggets. Ridiculous. 2 others were complaining as well.

I went today around 2 o’clock and normally when I go to Popeyes I have to brace myself for the workers but it was the complete opposite. They showed amazing hospitality and I will not forget it. I just had to leave this review because they really made my day! Wishing them the best wish I would’ve gotten their names.

Do not come here late at night. They ask you to pull up and wait for your order, it’s been 20 minutes already and still nothing. I know it’s slower at night with less employees but this is unacceptable. Food is delicious but the service is awful too often.
