Never coming back to this Popeyes ever again! Not the first time this has happened, these are supposed to be Ghost Pepper flavored but half of the wings aren’t even seasoned! The ones that are barely has anything. Never Again!

This isn’t my first time ordering from this place, but the service and staff are consistently terrible. I ordered on my phone and waited half an hour to pick it up. When I got there, the staff told me they didn’t have my order. I showed them my mobile order, and they found out it was there, but they hadn’t printed it out. This caused me to wait another 20 minutes. I asked if they could hurry it up, and they said, “You ordered chicken wings, so they can’t rush it.” ??? But that’s not my fault, isn’t it? It’s their fault that made me wait nearly an hour just for an order of wings.

The food was on point, however I didn’t appreciate arriving home to discover that I was given the wrong order. I returned back to the restaurant, and the drive thru employee was very nonchalant. Holding up the order, I blew my horn to get her attention, she looked at me and continued to look at her phone. The other young lady that had been sitting the first time I came through continued to sit while the both of them conversated, appearing to be very unconcerned. Another employee came to the windows and asked if she could help me. I explained that I was given the wrong order while handing her the bag. I showed her the receipt she corrected the order and handed me my correct order. Unapologetic and unconcerned on what good customer service is supposed to be.

02JUL23 ~ It is easy to give five stars when they serve the best fried chicken, I like the spicy white chicken, I have ever had. The chicken is normally hot & spicy, thoroughly cooked, moist, and with a crispy/crunchy & tasty crust. This visit did not disappoint.
The young guy that took my order was genuinely friendly, well spoken, and helpful. The young woman that gave me my chicken was also very nice and well spoken. I do not know their names but the receipt showed my ‘host’ as ‘Jasmine’. Thank you for the good combination of food and staff. It was really hot today & this was a nice lift in my day.

The worst thing about this Popeyes is when you get home with your order only to find they left something out…this time it was the coleslaw. Big order with lots of boxes in one bag. Pay attention to each order please.

I hope this makes its way to management. You’re employees are keeping the online system open and denying people their food. I ordered at 9:45, waited about 15 mins before heading over, and they said ” we ‘cancelled’ your order because we ‘don’t have it'” As in they don’t have the food to make. The place clearly looked closed. Look even if you didn’t have to the food or didn’t want to be bothered, at least have the audacity to shut the system down altogether so people don’t waste their time and money. Now I have to get technical support to get the charge taken off. If you don’t want to work just say that.

January 9th, 2026 Friday, look at the cameras for 6pm to 7pm. we were door dashingwe arrived. Every other person who came in after us got there meal. We had to wait a whole 15/20 minutes they weren’t even busy. Girl in the grey hoodie kept correcting shontel(worker) cuz dude kept walking around or he just looked like he didn’t wanna do anything or didn’t know what to do. We are the 2 in the red. Check the cameras. This is unacceptable. One star.

This establishment is by far the best Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen I have Patronize! As I entered this location doors I notice how clean the dining room area was and also how the staff members was enjoying there job. Mr.Zachary greeted me by say “Welcome to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen” how can I help you today….IMPRESSIVE! I liked that Mr.Zachary repeated what I was ordering back to me which made me happy. I was also greeted by the manager named Ms.Kena which was very professional and made sure all the orders was correct and each guest leaves happy! Ms.Kena goes out her way to make sure that her staff is getting the orders in and out in a timely manner (Hot and Fresh)!!! The lobby was very clean and inviting thats why I come to this location only! I highly reccommend my followers and family and friends to visit this location and make this location your go to for Chicken or the Red Beans& Rice or any special events.
