Customer service is horrible they play to much always on there phones unprofessional they ask to take your order in the middle of taking your order they tell you to hold on over the speaker in drive thru but you can here the order taker/cashier flirting and being distracted it’s sad to spend $50 to $60 bucks after a long day of work out in the heat at this place to take home what you would think would be a good meal for your family and turns out when you get home with dinner from this place for your family you find uncook/raw chicken there not cooking this food correctly there training is horrible there was blood leaking from a thigh piece which is shown in the above picture also I had bit into the leg piece come to find out when down to the damn bone freaking bone had blood all over it I’m sick to my stomach and will be checking in the ER on the westbank due to my stomach it’s killing I’m throwing up don’t feel well at all and have another long day at work tomorrow I will never ever recommend this place to anyone reminds me of a blood bank very ridiculous I’m not happy at all will possibly be speaking a Laywer I’m sick to my stomach this is very unacceptable and should not be tolerated this branch needs a visit asap from corporate and a certified food and health inspector I’m done with this place

Person standing in the window lacks customer service skills. Doesnt confirm order but sticks hand out for payment..just sticks hand out to give drink and food and NEVER says a word. Someone else noticed me sitting at the window and asked if I needed help. Fixed issue immediately while he still stood there quiet just staring. Very rude and unprofessional

Never had an issue with the food but the customer service here is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The big guy at the drive thru window either forcefully hands you the food or acts like he’s getting his teeth pulled just answering basic questions at the drive thru order screen. It’s a shame cuz the food is solid but the customer service is horrible.

The fries were soggy, the chicken was rubber, the bun was stale, and we were forgotten about while we waited for 30 minutes and watched 15 families get served food who arrived after us.
I would rather lick the paws of my neighbor’s cat than to go back to this place for a meal.

They heavily skimp on popcorn shrimp. It’s never weighed and today was the last straw. I had more fried batter than shrimp. I come to this location with my work and they never give the amount of shrimp I get at the other locations.

I have been here a few times now; this isnt just a single visit review. They are always busy and slow. The food is all right, though. I showed up for my mobile order and found the lobby closed and locked. I had to go through the drive-thru to fill my order, while some customers seemed to be able to make shady deals at the front door to get food. I sat in the drive-thru for a solid 45 minutes, waiting to get to the speaker. I find this highly unacceptable. Even when I go inside, there always seems to be a lack of care from the workers behind the counter, and there seems to be some stress and tension between them, and there always seems to be an argument going on. People were sitting in the lobby, but I watched as three people tried to get in and could not access the lobby.

Ordered from drive thru felt like if they rushed me 2 order even though they took long on every car in line and what i ordered wasn’t ready so I had to settle for something else .. lady at the register apologized for the wait that was appreciated. Thank you. Overall, yeah, 3/5 stars seem fair. It’s not terrible. I will most likely come again 🙂 Hopefully, I have a better experience next time.

The guy taking my order seemed visibly annoyed. Like working a weekend was a personal attack… The drive-thru lane is way too tight, and getting through it felt like threading a needle. I ordered two wraps and ended up waiting 22 minutes, only to receive both cold. To be fair, the spicy chicken inside was actually solid, but it deserved better than a cold wrap. Not a great look for a fast food spot. Belle Chasse definitely killed my vibe.
