This experience was awful. We ordered an hour early, online. Pulled up 3 min early. No other customers there. We waited 20 minutes for our food. To get home 6 blocks away and it was cold. Called to complain and the incompetency of 20 year old staffers is unacceptable. To be treated poorly the next day by some other kid, who answered the phone claiming to be Ry the GM was in fact not Ty. This restaurant is a joke at best. Fixing the outside dont fix the staff. Sadly.

We ordered it and received less food than we ordered, that being 2 Popeyes biscuits. Now, huge deal? No. Annoying? Absolutely. We then start to open our chicken box and my eyes have never been assaulted more than before this, as we find there is barely ANY actual chicken on the tenders. Then when the rice was opened, it wasn’t cooked well. I had high hopes and a biscuit craving. We will not be returning.

I don’t think this place has ever taken a review into consideration. This place has the laziest workers and worst customer service. They have no desire to care about any reason you may be there for. On top of that every time I order from here, it’s bad quality, missing an item, or both. Today was just a confirmation as to why this place needs a whole new staff. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with fries, a regular side of Mac n cheese and two pies. No Mac in the bag and about half a pound of mayonnaise on the sandwich. I couldn’t even tell if there was chicken in it. So inedible my dog wouldn’t even eat it.

This place has never gotten our order correct. This time we made the mistake of getting it delivered and did not receive half of the order. Customer service is horrible. We will never be back here again and do not recommend thus location to anyone!

i placed two initial orders upon arrival and only got the second one. Upon noticing the drive through worker i then had to wait 15 minutes for the first order and only received half of it. Upon coming back again, the drive through worker verbally abused me, refused service, and shut the window. I believe checking the cameras will provide ample evidence of such. The workers irritability and restlessness may have also been evident of drug usage prior or during his shift.

The Popeyes chicken Location on west o.Street in lincoln , nebraska has never had chicken ready to be picked up within the last seven years. The drive through window is not capable of giving anyone any chicken and that is why there is never any cars in the parking lot and possibly it’s going to be shut down. When you go through a drive through restaurant, you expect them to have the food and this location never does.

I genuinely don’t ever write reviews but it was hands down the best fried chicken I’ve ate in years easily, I mobile ordered right when I got there the food was ready, the worker was friendly, when I got home 10 mins away all my food was there and everything was still steaming hot and crispy!!

What’s the big idea of not carrying any artificial sweetener at all. I was getting my tea together and Asked two separate employees because I was shocked there was none. Not everyone has the pancreatic fortitude to guzzle huge amounts of sugar water. Go to any other restaurant in America and they will probably have it. Some things are basic and expected.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, nothing else. The lady on the speaker (drive thru) seemed genuinely annoyed I showed up and ordered a single thing, said “okay” and just speaker shut off. Guess I just go up there?
Have her card, got no receipt back once she gave it back which is always annoying specifically at this Popeyes, I’ve had some wild overcharges and want to see what they did. Eventually a dude in gold rimmed glasses sauntered to the window and opened it up, stared at me and muttered, “you get a sandwich?” And I said yes, he just handed me a crumpled bag.
Again, I’ve been here so I know how to handle this one, and I pull off to the side and check my order. It’s a sandwich, one thing, and it has literally 4 ingredients including the bun. It’s a freebie.
Opened it up, there was mayo slathered in the package all over, the bun had goops of it on both sides and no pickles. HOW CAN THAT HAPPEN. Even brother with the fake gold bling glasses can handle a sandwich I’d hope.
Anyways, I go inside and ask for pickles while I use napkins to smear off like 70% of the Mayo and the manager I presume (for the record, he’s a good dude in a terrible store and clearly is covering everyone else’s slack all day, help this man) brought me a cup with pickles to put on my sandwich.
End of the day this store is trash even by Popeyes standards which are a C hair over Waffle House at this point, has one great employee and a supporting staff full of the kids that just cheated off of people’s papers in school to skirt by and didn’t have their own pencil because they threw them in the ceiling. Scuffed.
