My chicken was dry and crispy. The taste was not like Popeyes Chicken should be. They don’t give you enough mashed potatoes and lots of gravy. A young on staff was using profanity while I sat in their eating. They chicken should be cooked as it is ordered. People want freshly cooked chicken. Not hard chicken that’s been sitting there. The cashier didn’t charge me correctly. The was my first & last visit to this location. People are changing the recipe of Popeye’s Chicken. I don’t like it.

We just ordered the mix and match deal for 25.99 and they did not give us our chicken sandwich and the wings liked like they just threw a packet of barbecue on them. The fries were cold and hard. I tried calling the location multiple times after we got home they never answered. To top it off the lines for Mac n cheese were all the way around the building with a 10 minute wait. I’m so disappointed on their cold night we chose to take advantage of this meal deal.

We got 2 specials and today was the first time in a long time everything we ordered was delicious, and I absolutely loved the biscuits they were nice and moist . My husband got takeout for us here he ordered 2 3 piece chicken strip meals with mashed potatoes and gravy. We ended up getting two 3 piece chicken dinners with red beans and rice. I called and complained and they wanted us to drive in rush hour traffic to return the meals and get what we ordered. The manager did not even apologize or care. Do better. I work in a full service fast food restaurant and we offer to replace meals if the customers get something they don’t order. We make the customer happy. Do better look at all of your terrible reviews. Popeyes desperately needs a corporate office here in Omaha.

Just don’t do it. If the people working here feel the need to let their true selves out of the cage , you’ll regret getting food from this store. The “help” will intentionally alter your food to harm you. I suffered for quite awhile after 1 bite of the mac and cheese, which is not spicy, but had been spiced up with ,Im assuming, ghost pepper. Burned lips, throat, and stomach. Went back in and no one cared. And they were all scared to taste the Mac and cheese they had just given me.

I don’t do too many fast food restaurants. However, today I desired some chicken for lunch. I thought about Wingstop, but Popeyes was in the area I was traveling. It’s been YEARS since I’ve been to any Popeye location. The menu listed wings combo or wings only. I ordered wings only, and 2 biscuits. I thought I was purchasing, regular wings. I arrived at my destination and to my surprise, in the box were 6 tiny wingettes. I spent approximately $11.00 for mini wingettes and 2 biscuits. The wingettes were not good and the size of my left thumb , lol. I ate 2 wingettes and a biscuit. After speaking with a friend, I decided to reach out to Popeyes. I went online, then realized I was not given a receipt to upload per their request. I called the location directly several times receiving the voicemail box that was full and couldn’t receive messages. The drive thru staff was patient when I ordered and asked questions. I guess I should have asked instead of assuming it was regular wings. Geez, $11.00 for two wings and 1.5 biscuits as I won’t eat the rest.

I hadn’t had Popeye’s in a hot minute but it sounded amazing for lunch today. I ordered the tenders meal with cajun fries and a biscuit. Juicy chicken- excellent in the buttermilk ranch dipping sauce.
I also tried a side of coleslaw and a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy. I loved the mashed potatoes with gravy, definitely a comfort food. and of course, the meal wouldn’t be complete with out the fabulous strawberry lemonade!

Was visiting town, wanted some Popeyes, went inside and stood in line for 30 minutes with 5 other groups who also waited. Nobody at the register, just a bunch of people looking back from the kitchen watching the line build up. Occasionally, an employee would walk between our groups waiting in line to do something in the store. Not once was anyone in that line addressed, and many of us left without ever ordering food. While waiting, I had the pleasure of experiencing the employees deliver the wrong food to a gentleman twice. I left frustrated and hungry. Love Popeyes, but man, that sucked.

i am done eating popeyes nasty food specially this location they always somehow manage to run out of chicken??? how u specialize in chicken but whatever orders always wrong the smell of the store is always nauseating the fries are soggy and cold , beans and rice taste burnt and still the rice is uncooked. don’t go to this location the staff’s nice that’s the only good thing at this location.

Ordered DoorDash. My bag was ripped when my dasher picked it up and they refused to put my food in a new bag. Then when I open my food it wrong. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with cheese and no pickles and they were just regular sandwiches with pickles. I tried to order but now that it’s the last 30 minutes I can’t reorder. I tried to call 3 times just to let the manager know and no one answered. All around terrible.
