This restaurant knows its falsely advertising their combos. The menu reads that all combos come with a reg. side, biscuit, and drink…and all large combos come with 2 sides, biscuit, and a large drink. I realized that they have been charging me for a biscuit each time because they say the wing combos don’t come with biscuits and it doesn’t matter what the menu says You can’t get ahold of any humans when you call support and the online support is spotty to say the least. I love Popeyes but I’m about to start driving to Church’s Chicken on 90th because at least they give you what their menu says you’re paying for smh.

Absolutely the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too. Stopped by for a quick lunch this afternoon, when I took my first bite I was disgusted by the burnt taste that over powered. I immediately threw the sandwich out and called Popeyes with my receipt in hand. The man named Micheal on the phone literally told me that I couldn’t get a fresh NOT burnt sandwich unless I got the burnt and bitten sandwich out of the trash to take it back to the store……… He insisted on being rude and condescending, on top of serving paying customers inedible food. Terrible food and terrible customer service. Do not go I’m surprised they are still open! I told a friend of mine about the situation and she informed me that she never goes to that Popeyes for the same reason. VERY rude and BAD food never a good combo. Stay away from this place.

AWFUL. Waited 30 minutes for a below unacceptable attitude and service. People are getting out of there cars and knocking on the drive thru to get items they ordered but weren’t given, while you’re in your car waiting to pay for the food you ordered. They couldn’t get an order right if you wrote it down on paper and gave it to them.

Wait time was beyond long. Im a dasheder and this was rediculous I wasn’t there first but was placed on hold for the other line or newer ppl. The manager inassumer with the gray shirt wiping his/her nose then working with the food. With NO gloves. Nor the other employee has gl9ves on shout out to the sista who has her gloves on. I went to Popeyes this morning I went an order 2 pc combo n I check my food before I pulled off I noticed my Mac n cheese wasn’t filled all the way to the top so the young lady came back to the window I tell her my Mac n cheese not filled up it needs to be filled up so she went an got the manager an he was a older White guy wearing a manager shirt I don’t know his name he come to the window tells me first of all he was very rude he say we have to do portion size I tell him I been eating from Popeyes for years many years it Mac n cheese suppose to be filled up he tells me he not filling it up I told him refund me my money as I was giving him the bag of food this man snatched the bag out my hand very disrespectful an I gave him the strawberry frozen back as well this is my first time ever having a problem at this location so I notified corporate already about his behavior I just wanted to leave a review about my experience because that’s very unprofessional one thing about me once I’m disrespected somewhere I will never go back I want spend my money nowhere where I’m disrespected at an the crazy thing about it I wasn’t even mad at the man I showed respect even doe he disrespected me I hope they do something about him because he don’t need to be working he has bad energy no people skills he don’t even know how to do his job right all I can say Popeyes hire the wrong people

Took forever to order. Had a homeless woman harassing me as I ordered. Four strips instead of five. And a half filled mashed potato container. Two stars cause the chicken is still delicious.
