This is my third visit with similar issues. No where to communicate that I can see in the app.

There was a language barrier with the girl on headset, and at window. I asked at the window to ensure sandwiches were fresh. She looked puzzled and nodded.

Sandwiches were hard at edges and chicken stringy. Clearly past hold time.

Told them we had a food allergy with pickles, to hold them from 1 of the sandwiches.

Upon entering the counter the leader that came to help us. Was eating at the station she was working at.

When I explained the issues she asked if I wanted a refund. I told her no I wanted fresh food. Told it was a 15 min wait. That’s fine I just want fresh food.
No apologies. Felt like we were inconvenience them to do what should have been done in the first place.

The food is amazing. That’s it. The service is crap… always out of everything. How are you out of mashed potatoes at 11am. No Mac and cheese last time we went at 7pm. They substituted for us the rice and beans didn’t give us the correct substitute. We didn’t get everything we ordered. We spent over $40. On top of all that there were 4 workers putting our meal together. How do all four workers mess up.

When I had ordered on the intercom the worker wasn’t paying attention at all I literally placed the order and she said can I help you? While ordering I could hear her laughing,then got up to the window the manager took forever to give the worker at the drive thru my change, I was finally given my change then food. I asked if I could have ranch for the tenders since I wasn’t asked what kind of sauce I wanted, she said ranch for your tenders? I charged you for bone in chicken? She then took the bag back and looked at the manager worker, then looked at another female worker who then started laughing and just started staring me down through the window. Was given the food but all was old and hard even the biscuit was harder than a rock, the sandwich couldn’t even be bitten into!! It’s liked they have had the food from hours before.I couldn’t believe the manager ran the restaurant this was horrible, horrible service will not be going back there!!! At this rate would not surprise me if they close down for horrible service and old food.

Horrible experience in drive thru, first of all i ordered the number 6 and was charged incorrectly and completely denied the issue.
Manager did not speak English and was absolutely no help. The worker in the window has a disgusting attitude with customers. NEVER COMING BACK. Already in discussion with corporate hopefully they can help. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Went through drive thru. Just wanted chicken tenders, nothing else. Was told 12 tenders would be $20, at window ended up being $30. It was 5pm, tenders were cold and like rubber! Seriously, if we weren’t on highway I would have taken them back for a refund! This place is ridiculous!! Don’t waste your money!!

Horrible customer service! 8 employees behind counter at 430 pm – 3 customers – management walking around with stacks of money – no one says hello, no one knows what is going on. The shrimp was soggy. Not helpful, kids eating in prep area. No acknowledgment, the 2nd time this has happened. Corporate needs to get involved. The store can’t be profitable. Shrink must be through the roof.

Update: I decided to try again, and a young man named Daniel helped me. Daniel’s customer service skills were 10 fold better than that of the other employees working in the past.

He was friendly, the food was fresh and he said THANK YOU and it was genuine.

Keep this kid and give him a raise!!! The overall morale of the associates and energy inside was positive and happy.

I had put in an app order. What I ordered was the rippin chicken meal with a drink, green beans and mashed potatoes for the side, and 2 apple pies. After waiting in drive thru for more than 20 minutes, I was told by the manager that she ordered rippin chicken but did not get it, she could give me spicy chicken or anything else. I said just tenders instead would be fine, with the green beans and mashed potatoes. Another employee tried to tell her that wasn’t my ticket when she tried to give me an order, but she said no it was right. What I got was 5 tenders, 2 biscuits and macaroni and cheese. Then she kept my receipt. To say sad service is being kind.
