I always have a bad experience here. I often receive the wrong order. Last time I ordered a 4-piece chicken combo through doordash but got a sandwich, and the store refused to fix it. Today I ordered Ghost Pepper wings but received Garlic Parmesan instead. Please double-check orders before sending them out. Thanks

I’m not one to usually put a bad review but this takes the cake. I ordered literally two pieces of chicken and two sides and it took 45 minutes. They were so unorganized numbers ahead of me would be called. There was a family waiting longer than me for their chicken.. I realize this is Supposed to be fast food, but the way the workers were working it seemed like they were on their Sunday stroll. No sense of urgency and they had tickets everywhere. I truly felt sorry for the two ladies that were doing DoorDash. I’m sure they got bad reviews from their customer for the extended wait.

I ordered Popeyes for delivery. I ordered BBQ sauce with my husbands 5 piece spicy chicken tender meal and did not receive it, and it was not spicy whatsoever. We received absolutely no straws with our drinks. He also received like barely any chicken strips and they were torn apart when we got it as if someone torn it up. It also does not smell like chicken it smells like some long John silver fish

Decent food but slow service during lunch hours. Also does not take Military STAR card anymore. They did not have my favorite Sweet Heat dipping sauce so I had to give the Megan Thee Stallion Hottie sauce, it tasted like the Sweet Heat sauce with a mix of Texas Pete or Frank’s hot sauce added. Not my taste so I’ll stay with the Sweet Heat sauce.

If I could give less stars i would, I placed an order online and they left out 2 things from my bag, which i did not realize until I got home because the bag could not be opened due to how tightly it was tied, not to mention if you go less than 2 hrs before closing they dump out all the sweet tea, which is really the only reason I go here to begin with. Completely and totally incompetent employees that don’t even know how to redeem a reward. Instead, they’ll expect you to still pay after your 300+ points have already been taken. Absolutely awful all around!

The staff were very friendly! They have a very inviting atmosphere and quick service. I think I only waited two minutes before I got my food. Did notice the prices were a little more than I’m used to. Not sure if that’s a post thing or just this area. Regardless I will be coming here again!

We love Popeyes, but this visit they only had 2 people working right at the dinner hour. I felt bad for them. The food was still very good. The building is in need of some TLC. I was afraid to use the ladies’ room because the door knob was not fully attached to the door.

About an hour ago I ordered an 8 piece family meal. Got home and found out they weren’t cooked all the way. The meat near the bone was still raw and blood red. $32 straight to the trash. Service was unpleasant. Female closing out my order yawned in my face and proceeds to have an attitude when I asked for sauce. They aren’t usually like this. I will assume they were rushing due to closing but still…we should at least get what we paid for.
