Staff was friendly enough… Food was a let down though, $3 for a cup of red beans and rice, and $1.29 for a biscuit. Biscuit was only on the verge of moist and tender, mostly dry. The red beans and rice tasted fine, but the already small cup was only about 3/4 full.

I ordered tonight, the family meal. And added fried pickles. I asked for French fries as the side and did not receive them. Only biscuits and chicken. The family meal comes with two sides. I did not realize until I got home. I was not given a recipe and they are currently answering the phone. The food is good, however why pay for food that I did not receive. We will not be returning to this location.

We’ve dined in once. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. They did mess up a couple things in the order. We told them at the counter. They fixed it. No big deal. We have ordered carry out three times now. Food is not hot and fresh and they forget stuff every time. We double-checked the second time and got it taken care of. I didn’t check this third time and I’m missing food. Every once in a while is one thing. But every time? I paid for it. How hard is it to make sure all the food is there? McDonald’s never messes up my order. That’s insane.

Food was disappointing. The pieces of chicken were very small and a little over cooked. I honestly thought a place that supposedly specializes in Louisiana chicken would have a more spicy offering. Better chicken exists elsewhere. As for service, there is only one option: the self service kiosk. Perhaps this is just me, but I really hate those. You would figure if you are the one putting in your order, at least the staff would be efficient in the kitchen, but I still had to wait a long time to get my food. Simply put: you can do better by going elsewhere.

Best Popeyes I’ve been to. I loved the ability to order on a kiosk (optional though). Food came out in just a few minutes fresh, hot and crispy. I got spicy tenders and fried wings, both tasty. And I always have to get the red beans and rice, good as ever. The interior was very clean and staff friendly. I’ll be coming back here for sure.

Just went to this Popeyes today, we ordered through the drive-through and almost no one was there, we ordered two combo meals, which wasn’t a lot of food, they told us to pull to the front and then we proceeded to wait like almost 20 minutes for our food and I totally asked for ranch and they even had it on the order ticket that we got with our meal but when we got home, we discovered that they did not put any ranch in our bag. Was a crazy long wait for some boneless wings honestly, I would rather go to a location further away than come to the specific Popeyes again

Popeyes in their infinite wisdom has created a self serve Popeyes that can’t take orders, loses orders and simply cannot function. Common to wait 20+ just for food a while I was here I watched no less than 3 people leave without their food because it took too long. People will walk up to the drive thru window to get their food because they will have to park to wait for their orders.

Chicken was not even warm let alone hot! Biscuit was uneatable like a hockey puck. Red beans and rice so small it was ridiculous . Workers took up all the seats in the seating area! Literally all the workers taking up the whole dining hall which is extremely small area. It was grand opening and it felt it it was for the workers not the customers. Very disappointed miss my old Popeyes in Olathe. Not one worker out of so many workers checked on us or asked if everything was ok. We won’t go back . We really were excited to try it all we will do is drive by it from now on.
