I had to come and do this review because I am just tickled. All I wanted is one spicy breast and two biscuits. After I order I was told that it would take 6 minutes. You would think because this is a chicken joint there’s going to always be chicken but that’s okay. I get up to the window and pay my money. The guy is trying to hand me butter and honey just in my hand. I say no sir, you can put that in the bag. He says I’m trying to give it to you now so I won’t forget. Huh. LOL
At this location you actually have to get on the Main Street drive around, and go through an alley just to get to the other side and wait. This is the kicker….NO ONE waa behind me or in front of me.
How do they even know where I am. Didn’t give me a number to put on my car and I don’t even know if he knows the kind of car that I’m driving. But I can tell you at the time of me leaving this message that 6 minutes has come and gone. Smh
The chicken is delicious though.

The only one I will be going to moving fwd. Worth the drive. Mind you I live in south Kansas City MO and pass several locations to get there. But that’s how much I value customer service. Welcoming, never short on Mac n cheese. Location nearest to me, they refused to make more Mac n Cheese and it was 3hrs before they closed. With them (the closes location) having new truck in earlier that day, plenty of ingredients. The crew who didn’t know I could understand and speak Spanish(enough to get by). Enough about that other location, this one is the place to go. Up coming area in old Mission Kansas.

I’m glad that Popeye’s reopened this location, cause it always had the best chicken and sides. We’ve got two Popeye restaurants closer to us than this one. This Popeye’s in Mission always delivers. No hockey puck bisquets, no sloppy mash potatoes or red beans and no rice, and no stale cold chicken. The people that run this restaurant care about good food and good service. Kudo’s to Brian and Justin for taking care of me tonight!

This is the second time we’ve come to the mission Popeyes in the drive thru and it took awhile before they took our order, then we get up to pay at the window and they made us pull up to the next window, even though there was no one behind us. There were only 2 cars at the dine in part, so they were NOT busy. We sat there at the second window for almost 10 minutes before someone came out to tell us they didn’t have the food we ordered. (Leg and thigh classic and chicken tenders classic) We asked to talk with the manager and no one showed up for about another 5 minutes. But they tried to deliver us food at that point. Was our order wrong? Not sure. We asked for the manager again and a lady came out that didn’t speak English. Not a fun experience! Not ever going back to that one!!!

When I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker they told me they would get to me as soon as they can. After 3 or 4 minutes they asked me my order. I placed my order and went to the window. Waited at the pick up window another minute or two before they came and collected my money. Gave me my drink then came back and asked me to pull Forward to the next window. Waited at next window for another minute or two. Then they proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait for fresh tenders. It’ll be 3 minutes. Came back after another minute and asked me to pull around the block and park in the parking lot to wait for my food. Told them just to forget about it and drove off. They still charged me for my meal even though they did not complete the order. No sense of urgency. New manager definitely can’t handle the position

Ordered a family meal and specifically customized it to not include any wings. I was even charged extra for that customization, which I don’t mind—just don’t charge me and then still give me wings.
I called the store and was told, “Bring it all back and we can look at it and go from there.”
Absolutely not. I’m not driving 15 minutes back in traffic just so you can “look” at it.
Then a rude, smart-mouthed employee (sounded pretty young) says, “Well what I suppose do,” in those exact words. (Great use of English) Completely unprofessional.
Never again will I visit this location. Just no.

It is very disheartening to go to a restaurant.A place designed and built for people to serve food to find a person working there that clearly does not want to give a person food. When asked if I might have my mobile order given when they were able to come to the register, i was given a dead eye glare and complete silence in the transaction.That only meant they wanted me to go period will not be returning to this franchise.

I think the drive thru could be optimized a bit better as it often spills into the road.
The food though is excellent. I’ve ordered from there a few times already, and usually I order before hand to get the specials and what not .
There spicy chicken sandwich is still the best of any fast food restaurant. The shrimp is also excellent as well.
