Got the order wrong. Ordered spicy chicken strips but got regular ones. I even ordered sauce but no sauce was given. The crunch wrap wasn’t that great. The only good thing was the Cajun fries. It was seasoned well and perfectly crisp. Won’t order from here again though. Service wasn’t great.

First time trying this location and wish I hadn’t. Got home with my dinner. Missing chicken tenders for my kid, and the family combo I ordered was mixed, not all dark like I asked, and was dry, over fried; and gross. My receipt showed the correct order yet nothing was right. For $44 I am super disappointed. Back to Churches. They are way better anyway.

Horrible. I haven’t had Popeyes in years and now I regret having it today. Found out they have no Cajun rice or Jambalya anymore and then the chicken strips I got were like jerkey. Yes! They are that dry! Spent 12 bucks and just ate sides. Freaking pathetic…

At this point this Popeyes is racist, on January 30, 2026 I can for a family meal at 8pm in the drive thru i paid and was asked to pull forward I sat in the car for 30mins and watch every car in the drive through get there food and go while I’m still waiting so I call one of the workers answer I ask about my food she hangs up like I’m not outside I go in ask for manager, a small short Hispanic male . On the inside 7-9 black customers waiting on there food but all the white customers got they food after but left with there food first. After going back and forth with the manager ask why i been waiting 30 mins for 8 piece meal instead of giving me my money like I asked multiple times he give me a $10 gift card at 8:50 50 mins waiting on food for a $10 gift card when I said refund multiple times. Why I try to use the gift card the manager never put the money on there !! This the second time I’ve had to wait because staff has preference on who they want to serve no worries that why i recorded all of this on my meta glasses and I will be sending to corporate and I’ll be up there with my lawyer tomorrow about the fraud

I haven’t tried Popeyes in years so I decided to come and place a an order and when I got my food it was cold and hard and tuff my rice was cold and nothing was fresh the chicken taste like rubber and the customers service was trash they didn’t speak or anything I see why the parking lot is empty. One of the employees was leaning on the counter while drinking on the job just lazy.

We had to ask them to clean a table off before we could eat. Every table was dirty. And honestly this was my first time eating popeyes. I think churches chicken is just as good and much cheaper. Churches biscuits are better too. I probably won’t be eating popeyes again at least not this location.

The food is great, never any complaints, but the mobile App is completely useless. So often it is dysfunctional, may not let you complete and pay for an order, and today it’s not even showing any locations exist where they do, so I can’t even place an order.

I have not gone to a Popeye’s in a long time that I actually gave this one a try that used to be a Arby’s and it doesn’t seem much like they go fully into a New Orleans Cajun theme with their places so far that they have chicken sandwiches and they don’t even really serve Po-Boys anymore and what I had was it number 7 that was a seafood combo that comes with popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders and two sides for the big one that the chicken strips were really not exactly really big and they were probably mostly been frozen and I still have a spicy flavor to it when I have mine spicy and also their popcorn shrimp don’t seem really that great a bit and more times Popeyes just seems a little bit similar to what churches is and I’m more purchase go to KFC more times.

We have made quite a few trips here to the new location in the Legend shopping area. The employees are very friendly and efficient. We have never had to wait longer than five minutes for our order, which at times could be rather large. We have never dined in, we use the drive through or a delivery service.
