We used to eat at this Popeyes pretty regularly. Unfortunately we kept getting incomplete orders. Not just once or twice, a lot. One night (Sep. 13th) we were in a hurry and went through the drive thru. The bags were full and we had a car full of people so we didn’t check everything. We get all the way home to realize a good portion of our food was missing. We had to drive back while the rest of our food got cold. No “sorry for the inconvenience” or “here’s a partial refund” just attitude. I reached out to customer service who stated they couldn’t help because the store is not corporately owned. I’ve communicated with them several times with nothing being corrected. I would not chance going through the drive thru at this location unless you have time to unpack every bag before you leave the lot. We haven’t been back. Popeyes will respond and say they’re going to notify the restaurant but unfortunately that’s just a way to make it appear as if they are resolving the issue.

Other then I didn’t check my order before leaving. (My bad) and I had a 8 min wait. (So is life) The service has improved so much since the new manager has come in. Gone is the rudeness, disregard and attitude. Now smiles and courtesy. Bonus due to the nice clean store.

Its really rare that I even post up any kind of reviews but this place deserve it. Every time when I order the family package chickens. They always come in looking crispy and delicious. Compared to the KFC off the West Bypass. I kid you not!! KFC crispy are always like burnt crispy and the classic is always so soggy. I feel like im always getting their leftovers. I stopped going to KFC and Popeyes is my to go for pickup.

I’ve always had amazing experience here! No issue. Today I came in no one’s fault here, but I haven’t been having a good week so far. I came in to grab some lunch and I believe Evan needs an raise or something because I’m not sure if he could tell I wasn’t having a very good week, he welcomed me with an warm gentle smile. He saved me money on the 3 piece tender! Thank you Evan for the smallest gesture that made me smile again today.

If my husband didn’t like this place so much, I would never come back. The service is horrible. I pull up to the drive through and not one car in line. The worker says I’ll be with you shortly. No problem. At least 5 minutes later she ask for my order, I tell her the Popeyes & Hot one bundle. She ask again and I say again. She says they don’t have that. I tell her I’m looking at it online and she gets hateful. It pulls up on the screen and she’s silence for a few minutes and I said I’d like it boneless and she snaps back in a hateful tone and yells, you’ll need to give me a moment. She finally enters it all and says the dippers are made to order and would be 3 minutes. Okay, no problem. I pay and park, 30 minutes later my order was delivered. I take it home and my husband discovers that they didn’t include any of the sauce that comes with the bundle. The worker definitely needs an attitude adjustment. I can’t speak on the quality of the food for as anytime I’ve tried to eat there I get so sick.

Well let’s start from the beginning, I order a BOGO 6 piece chicken wing. The girl on the intercom proceeded to argue with me telling me there is no BOGO 6 piece wings. I tell her I’m looking at the sign right now which states BOGO wings (picture attached) she proceeds to get hateful with me and sticks to her guns that it’s not a thing. Then tells me one moment. She comes back with a hateful voice and says “how do you want those wings”. I proceed to order the rest of my food. I come to the window to pay and she looks at me like she hates my very existence. Won’t say a word to me. Even after I tell her thank you. She snatched my card from me and again hatefully tells me. Wait in parking spot 2. That was 45 minutes ago. I’m still waiting in the car with the dash reading 104 degrees with my daughter waiting on my food. Two other cars have been waiting the same amount of time. Management at this location needs to step up and show some leadership.
*update. One hour. My wait time was one full hour.

Dropped in for some wings, taters w/gravy and beans and rice. I’ll stop in just for the beans and rice,might have a slight addiction lol always a huge fan of the spicy chicken sandwich! Staff is always courteous and helpful. Love that Cajun kick Nuff Sed!

Two out of three experiences bringing food home have been absolute fails. I’m missing items or things are not what I ordered. It says what I ordered on the receipt thankfully but it leads to me question if people can no longer hear or are just plain illiterate and don’t understand. It’s pretty bad that you order food and don’t get what you ask for. At this point workers need to hand us the food to make sure it’s what we ordered before paying for something we didn’t ask for.

I had gotten off work, and very long day in customer service. I ordered dinner on the way home for my husband and myself, I ordered 2 sandwiches and a single pie. I had 3 separate people on the speaker and had to repeat my order multiple times. I was told it was a 7 minute wait on pie, no big deal. I paid, and pulled up. 19 minutes later and I was still waiting. When I got my food, my sandwiches were already starting to cool off. I’ve managed restaurants for a long time, this is unacceptable.
