The food and appearance was mediocre st best and fries had been sitting a while but still warm, but the staff was wonderful and wven offered my father , a veteran a discount without him asking for it ,it was given just because he was a veteran. I just want to shout out the young man working this evening with the longer hair and the younger lady working the counter with glasses. These are the type of employees you want for your food service business. From how helpful and patient they were when taking my order to packing my families food with care. I’m highly impressed and will definitely be back! Plus they knew the exact right time to throw a little humor my way. Sometimes stuff like that just picks you up. Our food is perfect exactly as we ordered and even the soda fountain was fresh. Check them out Friday nights around 6-6:30! I’d say it is a reflection of management even with his coaching opportunity that seemed a bit aggressive. I’d say he has good people on his shift. 5 stars Popeyes Team Nixa!

You’ve got some really nice people working for you now and I greatly appreciate that. My only complaint is that sometimes you get old food because corporate controls quantity per day. Again, the employees I’ve encountered were very friendly, especially the girl from Georgia, and that does a lot. I’ve never gotten a bad attitude for anything here including a replacement. Just hope y’all can get off hours under control because I know corporate gives managers a horrible time about speed at the window. I speak for literally everyone when I say we’ll wait for fresher food. Fast food companies don’t have their priorities straight when it comes to that.

Went through the drive thru and got some coupons from the worker there when I asked about using a deal on my phone. He saved us money and was very helpful and had a great attitude! Kale was his name, great service! Also the chicken was very juicy and fresh, even though we went late at night. We didn’t have to wait for a fresh batch either! One of the best experiences I’ve had there.

I did an online order of 6 tenders 2 sides and a spicy chicken sandwich. I gave 1star because the tender was anything but tender!! They was so old and tough we couldn’t even eat them! Please do better with your customer service! You wouldn’t want someone to serve you that crap and you pay $25 for it. Do better lady that acted so put out having to work!

The employees seem to not be that intelligent, a little on the slow side. The Spanish cook in the back is the best employee that they have she is quite and hard working. While the other employees are always looking around for things to do or saying sorry your order will be up in 10 minutes and 20 minutes later your still waiting for the order. I understand that it takes a bit for correctly cook chicken but I have never in my life waited so long for my food to be cooked. They were literally taking people’s orders in the drive thru and then having the cars park to wait for their food to be cooked. It would be nice to be able to walk in and have the chicken already ready. Also people that are a little smarter would be nice since you have to be there so long to talk to would be nice. So work on smarts and speed.

Been here multiple times over the last few years. They’re usually really good, like any fast food chain I’ve had an experience or two I wasn’t real pleased with, but overall it’s a good store for sure. Friendly staff that is helpful, food is usually very fresh and hot, and they’re pretty good at being expeditious. All in all I enjoy this Popeyes a lot and will continue eating here

Ordered 2 pc bone in chicken and chicken sandwich meal. Half my order was missing- they failed to provide the sandwich at all. The other half was completely 100% wrong- strips instead of chicken as ordered. Manager said I’d have to return to the store for them to make it right. $25 dollars for two incorrect or missing meals. Filing a dispute with my bank since they won’t make it right.

Great food and great service! Kale(not sure if thats how you spell his name?) was very helpful! He even helped me bring food out and held the door for me since I had a lot in my hands! I don’t think anyone at a fast food restaurant has ever helped me and held the door like that before so this was a very kind gesture. Definitely would return back to this location just because Kale was so kind!
