I want to start by saying I do not fault any individual employee for this experience. They are doing the best job they can. However, the manager of this location needs to work on a lot of things. I pulled into the drive through at 1:50 ish. Ordering in the drive through took 10 minutes alone because there was one employee taking orders as well as payment and the very kind lady doing all of that was clearly overwhelmed. She had a wonderful disposition and triple checked my order. After paying, I was asked to pull forward so they could bring my food out. 5-10 minutes went by and I got my drinks, from an employee with a much less happy attitude. She asked me to pull into a parking spot. I proceeded to wait 30 more minutes for my food. It took 15 of those before any of the cars waiting got their food. I don’t know if there was a shift change or what, but she even had to come ask me what I ordered because she wasn’t the one who took my order. I finally got my food, and mine was good, except the fact that I got half as many fries as I normally should. The second meal I got was supposed to be a 4pc spicy signature chicken combo, and the chicken was extremely overcooked and not spicy.

It was our first ever to a Popeyes! First, to see a Bible verse on the sidewalk was much respect . The staff were friendly and professional. The food was fresh if I could rate everything TEN stars I would. Jefferson City Mo. knows their stuff!!

Went threw drive, waited good amount a time to place order then got nothing , pulled to the service to let me know incase of something not working right , lady seemed new or lost on her job and didn’t know how to handle anything . And says we would half to go around and try again if we wanted to get food . Parking sucks , right along with drive thru if your in anything bigger then a compact suv . We took our business to slim chickens were they were quick to get us fed .

Horrible. Went to this location for the first time ever. The guy taking my order in the drive thru was either extremely tired or something else bc he was falling asleep when ringing me up. His eyes wouldn’t even stay open. Took over 15 minutes to get my food in the drive thru and ended up having to come into the restaurant. When I got back to my hotel to eat it, it was disgusting. It tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. It was dried out and hard to eat. I felt like the oil they were using was also old. Extremely disappointed and felt like a huge waste of money. Will not be going back and would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve got to say I expected a little better. I didn’t complain at the store but the breading was not there on the chicken as expected. I ordered 24 wings too and the sprinkled a little seasoning on the lemon pepper and buffalo wings they weren’t tossed in it just and when i say a little i mean it a little was sprinkled on top. The plain wings were bland as well i might as well of just left it at a 12 piece and ate fried chicken. Mac and cheese was flavorless but I didn’t really expect much from that so it doesn’t effect my review. 2 stars because the staff is nice and the biscuits are good. Hopefully they improve or lee’s chicken will take over.

The food was good, as always. The service was friendly but we didn’t everything we needed. We asked for ketchup but we got 19 packets of hot sauce. We got no silverware. We did go late on Labor Day night but they were out of a lot of their menu items. They had no fries, shrimp or Mac and cheese. Like I said, the food was good but if we got what we asked for it would be 5 stars instead of four.

Today’s visit they were out of chicken legs and shrimp. Last visit they were out of shrimp and cole slaw.

Objectively the worst fast food experience you can get. Consistently amazingly slow. If you walk in to a line of only 3-4 people expect to wait 30-40 minutes for your food. I had a small order in for over 20 minutes. Young man comes in and orders 4x-5x more food than me, is instantly accommodated and received ALL of his food while I still had yet to receive a single sandwich after over 20 minutes of waiting. Walked out around 30 minutes. Incredibly incompetent workers, terrible management, inefficient system, and often bad food. Last time I ordered tenders and there was about an inch of raw batter on all of them underneath the outside crisp. Costs way too much for a wait time that feels like a joke, inconsistent food, they will run out of things and NOT TELL YOU UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU THE FOOD. Like hey man! I would’ve NOT PAID FOR THAT if I knew you were out. Take this extra biscuit instead of the second side you wanted. And then forgets the original fry that came with the order. Seriously like the place is a prank show, that’s how absurd this business is. DONT COME HERE!!!
