I came here because this location typically makes better food than the Joplin location and I wanted to show my loved one that it was worth it for me to add an additional 30 minutes to a long ride home.
I ordered the Five Nights At Freddy’s box specifically for the white cheddar bites. I only managed to get two decent pieces out of the container. The rest of them were this overcooked, amorphous blob. The garlic parm chicken and marinara sauce were great, but I was really looking forward to the cheese

It was good, they woman taking order could not figure out how to do it correctly. So, a wonderful young lady came and was able to complete the order correctly!
The 1st women wore a Black shirt with no name tag so I couldn’t tell you her name, but she acted like she was have a bad day!!
Thankfully that the other young lady came over and was very helpful!!

Made a rather large online delivery and didn’t receive my drinks, I tried calling 3 times and had to go to the store where I asked for the manager and asked who answers the phone? His response was only a manager, I asked why did I get hung up on 3 times he said oh my phone was dying g and showed me the low battery symbol. Like I’m not a jerk but this isn’t that hard of a job why can’t we make sure what people order is all there before it leaves and yes I know it also fall on the delivery person to double check to but we ordered through the company website. Come on Popeyes get it together.

I used to love popeyes chicken sandwiches. The quality had gone down so I haven’t been in several months. I stopped in for a spicy sandwich with cheese. They gave me one that was so old you couldn’t bite through it. I asked them to make a fresh one. They replaced it with another piece of chicken that had been sitting in the hot box for far too long. Old, hard, and stringy. Hot does not equal fresh. Sadly, I wont be back. I suggest Culvers, right down the street. Their food is always made fresh to order.

Would like to say thank you to the person who helped me at the window and asked me to pull forward, your service was amazing!

The shift lead, I think her name was Erin, whatever happened in that drive through shouldn’t have happened in front of me, just as a customer. Even if you asked your associate beforehand to pull me forward, it was not appropriate to yell at her, say “What is wrong with you?!” so aggressively. Loud enough, mind you, for the person I was on the phone with in my car to hear the shift yelling through my phone speaker. If the big problem was me spending too much time in your drive through and running up your drive time, I don’t think taking an extra 4-5 seconds to yell at someone gets that timer to stop counting faster than just- reminding her to pull me forward a second time???

As a customer, my experience was negatively affected. And the way I saw the people preparing my food be treated left a bad taste in my mouth. This isn’t how you treat people, if this is how positions of authority in this store treat other associates in front of customers just trying to get their mobile order, I would be terrified to see how they treat associates when I’m not waiting in the window watching and hearing everything.

And the food was out in less than 2 minutes! And everything was accurate! Tasted delicious! Probably wouldn’t have left a review if not for that.

Made a mobile order because I’m working and needed something fast. I was really REALLY craving spicy chicken tenders, I had to hurry because I had to make it back to work. I open my order, it says the RIGHT ORDER on the receipt, I open it up and it’s a five piece of not even spicy chicken. So disappointed. I’m pretty sure that’s less expensive than what I actually ordered so I got screwed over and I didn’t have time to go back and fix it. Literally ruined my lunch.

The so-called tenders I got were nothing but chicken scraps battered and fried. A few MIGHT have qualified as a nugget. I’d rather pay a little more at KFC because at least the Colonel’s tenders have actual meat under the breading. I was there around 3pm, well between the lunch and dinner rushes, and I was the only customer. The guy at the speaker sounded bored, and after I said I’d ordered on the app, he said “Whatever, pull around to the window”. He handed the bag to me and closed the window without saying a word. Take my advice and go to KFC instead.

Recently switched to this new store location after the Joplin store had health department issues. The staff and food were excellent at the Joplin store. I wish I could say the same for the Webb City location. Joplin needs a new store and Webb needs more experienced staff. I wish them both the best in the future.

Just ordered there about 20 mins ago, drove home, and this is my “1/4 shrimp” my husband was supposed to get and what it should have looked like. The big chunks are not even shrimp. Just breading.

I see why the stars on the this place have went way down. The employees were in a car smoking cannabis when we got there- then they were so “dizzy” they didn’t know how to take an order and gave us all the wrong food. They overcharged us when we went up to ask for the right food ALL of them employees who saw us hid in the back and would NOT come out. They also locked the bathrooms and wouldn’t let us use them because they already cleaned them for the night. It was 7pm.
