I love Popeyes! I’m from La. & I go to Popeyes all over the US as I travel often. The management / franchise / leadership at this location overworks their staff and never has enough staff. Wait times are excessive and quality of the food is usually subpar.

My elderly father bought a dinner on Popeye’s mobile app. When he got to the restaurant, they told him they didn’t have that special or whatever he ordered. He had already paid on the app obviously, and they didn’t offer him any other food. Told him to call corporate. He tried, but they sent him back to the local number who wouldn’t do anything about it. I tried to go in today and explain the situation and asked that he just be allowed to get the dinner paid for or something comparable. They again would do nothing. My father paid for a meal, documented on the app and was not given his food. Extremely bad customer service; that’s just not right. It’s theft.

Very inconsistent quality. Ive had sime good meals here and some that were awful. There is no excuse for serving chicken thats not completely cooked. It is very common that they run out of some of their sides or don’t have enough cash when they open so everyone has to pay with plastic. I realize there have been shortages of a lot items but this restaurant has been hit far worse than anyone else around. I would wonder if management needs training or help on running a restaurant.

went through the drive-through ordered a very large meal online and they had it finished all by the time i got there i ended up adding 12 ghost pepper wings once they handed my order to me and they had me pull forward before they could finish it. i pulled forward and waited a few min. no one came out with the wings so i went in to ask how much longer, i got to the counter and a very kind man immediately asked if i had already been helped. i explained my situation to him and asked how much longer it would be and he immediately went back and got my wings and was so nice about it!

The food is amazing when you can actually order it. I try to eat here on random days and the lobby is always closed with a line wrapped around the building for the drive thru. Last time we went in, the bathroom sink was on the floor. Mind you, it’s the same sink the employees use.

Waited 20 minutes for them to cook chicken and then they still did not have the chicken I ordered. I like Popeye’s but this place has serious employees problems. One time I was locked out a hour after they should of been open. I called said they didn’t have enough help to open and it would another hour before they could open. Hopefully they can resolve the employee problems. Some of the worker have a really bad disposition and could care less if they or you was there. To sum up food is great if and when they have it. Service is the worst.

As usual, I just went through the drive thru and nothing was prepared. It was 7 minutes for a chicken sandwich, 5 for mild strips, no strawberry biscuits, no red beans and rice. I didn’t know what the hell to order since nothing was available. So I waited “7 minutes” that turned to 30. Food was hot, except what was apparently already made because that was cold. I always say, never going back. This time was the nail in the proverbial coffin

I’m old and not familiar with the business practice of no change back. The staff looked at me like I was from Mars.i looked at them like they wanted to rip me off for $5.oo. being of a generation that counts every penny, I don’t do business with people that finds no change back exceptable. Maybe I’m out of touch. If you treat senior’s this way they will drop you like a bad habit. Wake up Popeyes.
