I got there early, shortly after they opened. So there was a wait for my order. They said it would be 6 minutes. But it was 11. Not a big deal. The person working the drive-through was very pleasant. The sandwich was tasty. One star short of stellar because the wait time was so far off. Had they told me 10 minutes, it would have been 5.

Very disappointed in my experience today. The lobby was closed with no sign to notate this force bc everyone to go through the drive thru. The line took a significantly longer amount of time than normal due to a staff shortage but the staff were friendly.

Should be 0. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone! Waited in line for 45 minutes. Ordered a 16 piece family dinner with potatoes, cajun rice, and red beans & rice. Easy. Spent $42.68. The chicken was burned, there were 14 pieces (because the workers can’t count to 16), no biscuits, a container of plain rice, and a container of red beans (without rice). I mean seriously … I’m sick of the excuse ‘we can’t get help’. I know they had biscuits and I know there are timers on those fryers. What a bunch of complete idiots. We’re never going back. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves.

Rude? Food not hot before making it halfway home? They dont know how to make BLACKENED tenders either nor the difference between spicy and mild? If I ordered online for drive thru pick up why would I be told to come inside for a small order that wasn’t made fresh for me to have to come inside lol…? This has to be the worlds slowest drive through. I ordered online ahead of time. There was about 5 cars in the parking lot and 6 in the drive through. I waited in line over 30 minutes. It appeared they were taking one order in the drive through then filling it before moving to the next car. When I finally got the the speaker I said I had placed an online order and it still took another 10 minutes.

Drove 20 minutes here just to have half our order wrong and the managers are too lazy to pick up the phone either of the three times I called with 5 minutes in between calls. They weren’t busy when we pulled up and they probably aren’t too busy 40 minutes later at 10pm. No excuse for service to be this bad.

Ordered chicken strips, and I got a chicken breast and a thigh. This is the 5th time they have gotten my order wrong. Check your bag before you pull off. Chicken is good when it’s fresh. Service was horrible. I won’t be going back.

Just disappointed with my 3 tender combo meal. I got mash potatoes and gray as my side and there was a single drop of gravy . About the size of a penny. My biscuit was hard and I got no honey or sauce when I asked. Then my tenders looked like the nuggets they were so small. Super disappointed. With the prices going up for food the least they could do is make it worth it.
