This location has turned it around big time. Whenever I go to get my single chicken breast for lunch I can get thru the line quickly and the drive thru staff is always friendly. Good service is not common anymore and you all are doing great at this location. Keep it up. Best chicken in the GAME!

I go to this Popeye’s way more than I’d like to admit, and honestly? The people working here are half the reason.
The staff is hilarious. Somebody always has a joke, a little comment, or just a good attitude that makes the whole interaction better. It’s like getting chicken and a personality boost at the same time.
Now… the order accuracy? That’s where things get ✨spicy✨.
Every visit is a surprise. Is my drink gonna be missing? Maybe. Are my sauces physically present or just emotionally included? Unknown. And sometimes my chicken tenders look a little… minimalist. Especially at night. Night crew be acting like sauces are rare collectibles and tenders are like pennies, discontinued.
BUT — shoutout to the lunch crew, because they do not play. Daytime orders are on point. Food’s right, everything’s in the bag, life is good.
So yeah:
Amazing vibes. Funny, nice staff. Delicious food. Slight treasure-hunt element when it comes to getting the full order.
Will I still keep coming back? Absolutely. Just hoping one day my drink and I both make it home together

EVERY SINGLE TIME I have come here I’m either given the wrong food, missing food or the food is cold and old. And each time you bring it to the employees attention and ask for the problem to be rectified, you are questioned like they are the police. They have obvious attitudes that you’ve expressed an issue with your order. And even management gets rude when the employees bring it to their attention. On top of this major issue…. They are extremely unprofessional. They don’t greet you. They don’t even thank you. They talk to each other while you’re tying to order in the drive thru. You’re better off going to KFC at this point.

3 times we have ordered on the mobile app. Each time we ordered 30 minutes ahead. Each time we have had to wait anywhere from 25 minutes to 55 minutes to get our food. It has never been hot, always cold. It is always the same drive threw employee every time. He tells people to pull forward, forgets they are there every time. He has even gone out and wrote down customers names on a sticky note. This has happened to us, he came up to us 7 times asking for our mobile order name. We didnt get our food until i went and knocked on the door.
Tonight was the most irritating. We place the order at 846 for 915. Showed up at 915. Told to pull forward. Waited 25 minutes. I walked in, food was done and set aside for when we showed up. They never brought it out. Said they forgot. Food was cold. Had to reheat it all. Cheese curds smashed into a ball. This is the worst popeyes to ever go to. Slow service and cold food. Not returning to this store ever again.
Dont get me started on the customer service line that hangs up on us every time. Have to call that number 5 times or more to get threw.

I was doing a doordash and I literally had to wait 45 minutes for one order and then they told me 5 minutes for the second order to be done that wasn’t the case they literally were not done making six wings in 5 minutes and still made me wait and made me wait an extra 45 minutes it seemed like so I had to cancel the second order because I wasn’t making no money because of the making me wait that long my first customer was mad because their food ended up being cold because they ended up not hurrying with the second order so in total they literally made me lose money instead of making money and so they need to learn how to tell people how long they’re going to be in total instead of lying to them and learn how to pick up the pace a little bit because maybe they’ll have actual customers instead of making them wait almost two and a half hours for two orders when there was literally only two other people that were in line that were after them just saying pick up the pace and learn how to do your jobs if you’re going to be in a fast food restaurant…. This is totally a inconvenience for EVERYONE and not OKAY especially when you’re making people lose money …..

Complete and utter incompetence. I ordered on the app with a 4:15 pick up for a 12 piece family meal with 3 regular and 9 spicy pieces. The app said ready at 4:17. Got there at 4:15 and didn’t get my order until 4:35. When I finally get it home, there’s 11 pieces not 12, no thigh as ordered, and everything is regular not spicy. The sides were cold and the biscuits overcooked. Tried to put in a customer service ticket but the automated chat is a joke. Won’t be going back to this location.

I’ve ordered Popeyes to be delivered on 3 separate occasions. Every one of those times, my order goes through 2 or 3 different drivers before being told by restaurant staff that my order was picked up by a driver already and there is nothing they can do. My food is stolen on every occasion so I just stopped ordering from Popeyes all together. I do like the quality of their food.

Just “tried” to go thru the drive thru Saturday night 11/01/2025 at 11:15 pm. The guy working the drive-thru was obviously having a conversation with someone over the intercom while asking me if he can help me. I tried giving him my order 3 times and he kept talking to other people. I decided it wasn’t worth it and drove away. He was standing at the drive-thru talking to people and commenting “oh damn” “oh man” and “really” and laughing. I want something to be done about this. Im tired of employees treating their customers like this. If you want a job then do your job. Stop being rude!!!

Food was very good, hot and fresh. But, while there were some very dirty tables that needed cleaning, the workers were visiting with people in the corner when they weren’t busy. They got extremely loud with talking and laughing. I am not against people getting a break or having a good time, but they were so loud we could not have a conversation between us. They need to care for the dining room and be cognizant of the patrons.
