Customer service was great. I placed an online order and it was ready when I got there, only thing I had to wait on were the drinks. Which by the way the frozen mango lemonade is amazing. It’s also really nice and clean inside.

The food was just as good as any other Popeyes I’ve been to. That being said, I ordered the shrimp tackle box with mashed potatoes and gravy and red beans and rice.
The service was also very good from the attendant behind the counter…. He looked to see where my mobile order was and then got it to me as soon as it was done. Any employee that is out to interact with the public should be welcoming, just saying hello, or explaining what they’re doing or asking questions of how they can help. I understand that the staff is new. They do have a small sealed shelf where your food is behind plexiglass and most likely I think they’ll have the name facing where you can read it. Otherwise, I really don’t understand why you’d need to see sacks that are sealed waiting to be picked up.
I didn’t give it the best rating for atmosphere as the managers were kind of conducting meetings out in the guest area. They had their announcements playing through their phones making announcements on kiosk orders or drive-thru and was kind of distracting or mainly annoying.

Food was decent but I waited over 15 minutes in the directed spot only to have to go in to retrieve my food after using my app to order thru the drive-thru. Very disappointed with the service. They also forgot some of my food that came with my meal.

Walked in.. there’s an employee talking to her friends.. who are not employees by Popeyes.. leaving us waiting for her to get done with her conversation . After “interrupting” her cause that’s how she made us feel.. she slowly walks over rolling her eyes “can I help you?” .. this job is optional so why did she have this attitude? Growls after I ask to speak the manager.. the manager comes up.. out of uniform .. grey joggers on.. not a sense of care or urgency. Who’s the owner? This is embarrassing even as a customer. The lack of education and training is concerning . Do better Lees Summit.

This has been the best Kansas City area Popeyes experience I have had since 2015. The staff cooks the food as it is supposed to be cooked (the signature double dredge) and it is fresh. They are prompt, kind and respectable. The food stays hot during my commute home and I feel it was money worth spending.

To be 45 minutes before closing, I was pleasantly surprised that the food tasted freshly cooked and was hot. I had bees in the ER with my father all evening and prepared myself for stale food, so I was grateful fresh and hot food. Also the staff was still in a great mood despite the hour. Me and my husband have door dashed from here multiple times and they always forget our sides and sauses. Doordashing is too expensive just for half of it to be gone. Just today my husband ordered food and they gave him the wrong order completely. By the time he noticed to look at the labels on the food it was too late. I’d rather drive all the way to Blue Springs location that has never done me dirty like this.

The line was long but they made it go quick! Excellent service here despite being packed and just opened. It was hands down the best Mac I’ve ever had from a Popeyes. The snack wraps are better than I thought they’d be. There were no errors in our massive order. I’m very thankful we have a Popeyes in LS now so I was not gonna be hard to please, anyway; but my expectations were exceeded.
