I stopped in here for lunch. The drive-thru was busy and I parked and went inside. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and observed a fairly clean restroom.
I stepped up to the counter and the lady never acknowledged me. I wasn’t sure if she was busy doing something else at the register or what. After standing there a minute I said hello and she gave me eye contact. I ordered a #4. Mashed potatoes and another individual side of black beans and rice.
I took my cup and got sweet tea. I took a sip and it tasted relatively fresh. I looked around the dining room and saw about half the tables were clean and took a seat. I looked at my receipt and saw I had been rung up for a #1. I had ordered a 3 piece. There were 2 people in line so I decided it would be easier to just eat the sandwich. Maybe it would be good.
My order arrived and I took it. I didn’t see a biscuit on the tray and thought meals included one. I didn’t say anything because the lady hardly spoke English and somehow took number 4 for a number 1.
I sat down and my meal was good. I was disappointed that I didn’t get a biscuit and that I hadn’t ordered a sandwich but at least I received my potatoes and red beans and rice.
Not too impressed with this location. At least the restaurant was clean and food was fresh.

I asked for butter in the drive-through and the guy was so out of it. He gave me honey. The chicken was anorexic. I got a three-piece and it was burnt up and horrible. Maybe I should’ve spoken in Spanish.

The service here is terrible n the lady in the front slightly heavy Mexican lady with the eyebrows is the worse. Two people in the store took the 1st order and was holding on something kept her back to the counter never turned around to help the only other person there and when she finally did she was short and rude n didn’t even greet you. I tried and then shook my head and just left. If you don’t like your job get another one. U don’t like customer service don’t get a job where u have to interact with folks.

Great staple for the community with consistently good food. Offers the best chicken available in fast food and the gravy on the mashed potatoes has no equal. Their chicken sandwich redefined chicken sandwiches in the industry. This location has been completely rebuilt from the ground up in recent years and now offers an inside dining space.

Hadn’t had Popeyes in a while. I know now why. Got a four piece combo with fries and a extra side of red beans and rice. Spent almost 20$. The chicken which looked amazing was old, cold, stale, no seasoning. The fries were old, cold, stale. The red beans and rice was the same. Old, cold and stale. Whew.. I don’t think I’ll ever eat Popeyes again. Every location is the same.

I order chicken sandwich online around 12. Got to drive thru and the young man told me they were out of chicken sandwiches with a smile on his face. Well I asked him how I get a refund and to cancel the order. He says because I ordered online he does not know. Later other guy comes and ask if everything ok while i was trying to figure out how to get refund on this app. He says same thing with a smile on his face and I just hit contact us and put a message through. Hopefully that gets it done

I’ve been going to this popeyes in Grandview for years. Love the remodel and change of employees for the better. This time, my chicken was bleeding. Sweet spicy wings flavor $5.99 was delicious but was fried on outside, not cooked properly on the inside that’s a No No.

Your menu screen is horrible You have plenty of white space but you keep flipping the screen back and forth so I can’t read any of it. You go from medium combo to large combo how about the price for the fingers only.
Okay you’re reluctantly added them to the screen so I can see how much they were but you said they were $7 till I was like what’s the $5 deal. But now I’m thinking $7 the 6 piece meal is only $2 more so the normal price for the 6 piece is $9? If I could have made it informed decision I would have bought the six piece not on special but you wouldn’t show me the freaking price.
And after all of my begging to see the prices you forget the freaking sauce show your freaking prices so you’re freaking employees don’t get so confused by me asking the price of each individual thing cuz you don’t show the prices on the screen.
Or I guess you want to me to be FAT since you’re only offering meals.
Either way it was a bad experience made worse because I don’t even have sauce for my tenders
P.s. and Mary got me wondering if you’re $5 tenders or smaller than your $7 tenders. They’re both three piece tenders One is just “special”

Hands down the best Popeye’s in the KC area. Super crispy, juicy and delicious… every time. I will wait to eat lunch until after work and stop here on my way home because I know anything else I decide on will only be disappointing.

Popeyes in Grandview is KNOWN for reheating old chicken and serving it back out. I’m so tired of going to this location and they give me over cooked chicken that’s been sitting for HOURS! They also never put your condiments inside the bag. Go to Lees Summit location. They do a better job.
