Well, I’ve only been twice and after today I won’t be back. My first visit I placed an order through the app, waited twice the time it said, went through the drive through to get my order and was informed they were actively taking an order that was larger than their stock could fill if they filled my order first. So I waited another 15 minutes and still had an item substituted without being informed. Today’s order was for a 14 piece tenders, 2 sides and 7 biscuits. The guy that took the order was audibly aggravated or annoyed by the order because I gave him a coupon code. Half of the tenders had no meat or were the size of a nugget. To add insult their were 0 biscuits in the bag. I didn’t notice till home because they put the “chicken” in multiple boxes. What a joke of a place to get food. In the picture is one of the meatless”tenders” and it accurately represents 7 of the 14 I received.

Chicken was ok. Fries weren’t even warm, and very dry. One worker was sitting on the sidewalk smoking, another on her phone in the dining area. The doors hadn’t been cleaned in days. I would have taken a survey but I didn’t even get a receipt.

This place is a hit and miss. Today the chicken was somewhat hot and had a good taste when you reached the meat. The breading was so thick, the server couldn’t tell the difference between a thigh and breast. We prefer white meat and got dark. Minor issue he eventually fixed after questioning our find. I don’t particularly like dining with employees yelling back and forth and complaining to each other. That seems to be the normal for this store during the evening shift.

They were shut down for a dining room renovation which they did not have noted anywhere outside. When I walked in the building and all the booths were pushed to one end, I was shocked and just kinda stood there staying. Before I even got my bearings, an employee barked at me, “Yep! As you can see the dining room is closer down this week…use the drive-thru”.
After war to other couples, who were about to walk in to the dining room, I drove around the building to get to the speaker to place my order. Clearly, no one was inside eating and there were no cars in the line when I pulled up to the microphone. I sat there for a good 30 seconds before the same voice from the dining room finally came on and said “It’s gonna be a minute before I can take your order. We’re really busy right now.”
My reply was, “Thanks, but you’re a little too busy for me.” before I drove right next-door to KFC. I understand that everyone’s having a bad day, but there were a lot of poor choices made like not having signs on the door that would have prevented me from getting barked at what’s likely had something to do with the employees mood. I’m sure I was the hundredth person who walked in there and was looking around like they were lost. And I know that they do a lot of mobile pick up orders but as I sat next-door in the long line at KFC, I never saw a single car come around to the drive-through so I have to wonder what was going on. I almost felt like the person who answered at the microphone was attempting to put me off so that I would do exactly what I did. If that was the case it worked… And if that is the case, they won’t be in business very long with employees like that. Just my take on it, but not a good experience on this particular trip. By the way, I was getting food to go so the fact that they had the dining room shut down didn’t really affect me. I just noticed that the parking lot didn’t have very many cars and thought it might be faster to go inside since my view of the driveway-thru was blocked and it is usually busy.

Ordered online but when I went to pick it up I was told I had to go inside to order, again! Then when I got it home the coleslaw tasted “off” and the chicken looked like it was cooked yesterday and reheated today. It was hard and dry (see photo). This is the only bad Popeyes I’ve ever been to and I’ve never complained but I have had issues with every order I have placed the last year. I will never go back!

I ordered online and got 3 pieces of great tasting fowl fr only $5.00 an since I just happened to notice seconds before checking out, I noticed that they have a strawberry cream cheese pie, so had to splurge for that too .. Well worth it!

I want to start this off by saying i genuinely love popeyes chicken ,however I stopped in tonight and grabbed the 20 dollar” family feast” all i got to say is don’t do it first off it isn’t a family feast and your better off getting a bucket of chicken the 4 pieces of chicken I received in the “family feast” was a skimpy breast and two legs and two wings 🙁 and the chicken tenders should not be called chicken tenders more like chicken nuggets don’t do the family feast unless it’s just a meal for one and you like sides more then the chicken
