Came in to get some dinner for the evening. Tried using the kiosk and “John” said it was broken. Waited in line for 45 minutes and no one was taking my order. John was just yelling at the girl bagging food and ignoring the line, in what I guess is to keep metrics down. Another lady strolls up and the girl said for her to use the kiosk despite telling me it was broken. John needs to be retrained or fired for his attitude towards his co-workers and the customers.

We sell the whole chicken… so hurry up what do you want? “ the people before me would leave without ordering when it was my turn I understood why!! Got a 6 pc nugget meal, 8 pc nugget, and 12 pc nugget because we love Popeyes nugget. First time ordering nuggets from the Popeyes in Matthews and they were overcooked, dry, and tiny. Last picture is what they are suppose to look like when cooked right. Will not be back to this location.

On 10/10/25. At 4.20 pm guy working at register was very rude to me.
