My food order was hard as a rock! I was able to get it replaced the next day but the manager is definitely rude. Customer service is a one star for sure! Thanks to the man who was actually willing to help me. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t have ate it themselves. I wouldn’t even had fed that to my dog.

Drive thru customer…Time around 3:30. I could barely understand the person taking the order (same as taking the payment … CAN’T call her the GREETER!) I asked for the Fried Chicken Sandwich Meal #1 on the menu.) PAYMENT TAKER…Ask for my card…NO GREETING OR EVEN A SMILE.) Handed me my drink – a bag… it seemed rather light… No fries, when I inquired, she stated… You didn’t ask for the meal… DO YOU WANT FRIES? I replied, No… No warm & fuzzies here! I asked could I have a ranch packet, she replied that I would need to pay for it…we don’t give it free…As a matter of fact, I was SOOO thoroughly discussed by her lack of customer service skills, that I told her she needed to improve her customer service skills and she was lucky she wasn’t waiting table because she’d go home empty handed…she replied, I don’t get paid tips…Yes, you’re very lucky because you’d be poor! I almost always compliment the window staff and THANK THEM…and rarely ever say anything negative…but, I was the only person in line…she wasn’t working her butt off, like their competitors, CULVER’S immediately across the way (they can easily see one another.) And, their service is hands down one of the BEST FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS IN OFALLON…Best Staff Ever and that’s because they have fantastic managers and they know how to hire employees with good people skills – work ethics ‼️If, I had to venture a guess, this restaurant will be closed within 6 months max…AND that’s a shame…In general, Popeyes has good food and a great menu. However, just by looking around I would guess their managers are ill equipped to handle both employees & customers alike. The newer one in LSL is also poorly run, totally understaffed and often out of chicken in general…can you imagine ⁉️Maybe, they need a NEW GENERAL MANAGER‼️

11/26/25 Went through drive through talked to a man with absolutely 0 customer service skills. Ordered 2 combos. Wife ordered wrong thing by accident, asked to change at window. Lady said it wasn’t possible. No problem. Came back around to make right order. Surprisedly man had even less customer service skills. Got to window, lady in background laughing bc we were back and the man laughed as well. After leaving we realized we got no biscuits with our combos. Awful experience.

Chicken not hot,too salty,fries not ready, had to ask for receipt but he had to roll off about 30 receipts before he found mine. Didn’t have the sauce customer wanted so had to wait to fond him a substitute. No one could understand the cashier so customers had to help interpret what he said. Gitst and last time going there

Wow!! Probably the worst fast food experience of my life! Lady took my order while she stood at the front door and rushed me through to the window only to meet me there and ask me to repeat my order. I’m 100% certain the Dr Pepper was NOT Dr Pepper. Did not get the mashed potatoes I ordered….TWICE and the boneless chicken wings were covered in an extremely thick disgusting grease! Red beans and rice were on point though. Pretty sure if they had a crew that actually cared this location would be a popular spot. Unfortunately you are not greeted with kindness and the staff look like they just crawled out of bed. Trash is what this was!!

The manager was extremely rude. I asked to make sure there was ranch in the bag so the man upfront gave me some extras instead of checking. The woman began to scream at both him and myself that it COSTS as she came and grabbed all the sauce from me. It was a wild experience over some 25 cent sauces. The cherry on top is they’ve forgotten the sauces before.

I went there to get food at 10am the front door was locked, no big deal, so I went threw the drive thru, no one answered. Drove up to the window, and a man said they had problems with their fryer my wait time would be 12-15 minutes, okay I said I’ll wait. Then a lady came to the window and said we’re closed real snotty. I said that man said I would have to wait a little bit. She said NO we are closed and it’s not her problem that the fryers were broken. She slammed the window in my face and locked the door. So very unprofessional.

I went here without reading the reviews, shame on me! After receiving our order through the drive thru, we had to go back around for them to fix it. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich. There was some type of sauce all over the package and on the bun. We were confused because the sauce did not even belong on the sandwich. The presentation of everything was horrible. The strawberry lemonade tasted like water. Then the employee agreed to bring me a sprite to replace the strawberry lemonade, but the cup was dirty. This location really has to do better if they want to stay in business.

My boyfriend stopped by this location, most of the staff was very rude, two young boys sitting down on their phone while this lovely lady was working pretty much all on her own. He didn’t catch her name but he said she was the sweetest person and didn’t let them discourage her. If it wasn’t for her, this would be a 1 star review. GIVE HER A RAISE

Terrible place. Only 2 people working. The meal size are for Lilliputians, chicken was imported from North Korea. We ordered a family meal, 12 pieces and only 2 person could eat. I felt scammed for 46 dollars
