We went to the Bridgeton location at 10:05 doors locked and saw 1 person inside. They never came to the door so we left and went to this location. Got here at 10:15. Greated with warm welcomes. And while eating we couod here the manager always being respectful to her employees. Please and thank you everytime. Tiara and Deanna were absolutely great examples of employees who care. Thank you for the great experience. And yes the food was great!

This is one of the worst restaurants of Saint louis. The staff here is absolutely worst they dont even care about customers. They make huge time on making the orders and the girl at the front not even cares about the customers simply taking orders and she will do chit chat with staff. I simply recommend dont ever go to this you will come outside by full disappointment.

Store is completely filthy. All of the trash cans are “closed” for some reason. Staff are rude and often themselves appear unkempt (not necessarily their fault but still, standards). Don’t you DARE try to order DoorDash/UberEats/GrubHub from here because you will be missing all of your sides and your drink will come only half full. If you yourself are a DoorDash/UberEats/GrubHub delivery worker, still avoid at all costs. Staff is bluntly rude to delivery workers and will consistently give you the wrong food or force you to wait for absurd amounts of time. I witnessed a worker dumping milk(???) out into the drive through, puddles of it were still there days later.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! I should have left when two Doordashers told me they had been waiting 30 minutes for their order. My 5 piece took 40 minutes and was burned! How?! I watched employees walk in (I was there from 415p-445p), clock in and go straight to handling food. No gloves. No. handwashing. Poorly managed. Poorly trained staff. No way anyone has a ServSafe certification.

The staff there is extremely pleasant and patient with all customers. I arrived at a moment when they had run out of a number of side dishes to their embarrassment but they made it pleasant for all of us and easily suggested other ones to all of a customers. They are to be commended for their kindness, patience, and compassion.

I ordered 24 wings in the drive through. A girl takes my order then after she tells me they are only taking cash. Luckily I had it. Pull around and pay, she asks can I sit in a spot and wait because they just dropped fresh chicken. 20 minutes go by, the girl who took my order leaves, but before she does I ask are yall still prepping my order?She says yes 8 more minutes. Ok cool, 20 minutes pass by and still nothing. I literally waited 40 minutes just to still have to go inside and ask where my food is. The guy in there asks where you outside waiting in the truck? Smh, I said yes then he proceeds to say oh yeah I was about to come out and ask you what you ordered… Are you kidding me? I said I was waiting on 24 wings, he says yeah they were still frozen and we had to thaw em out. The girl that took your order didn’t know. Yall could’ve said that from the start and gave me my money back instead of me waiting damn near an hour now. Straight disrespectful and the Lindbergh location is basically the same. I’m retiring from Popeyes forever, absolutely terrible service consistently across the board for some over priced chicken. This is the 3rd time I’ve either had a long wait or the wrong food and bad service. Yall need to do better, but until then Kick Rocks

Service is horrible ordered two chicken sandwiches spicy waited for 35 minutes in the drive-through they came out dry cold fries was saggy very greasy taste of old fry oil. The restaurant is self as filthy management and employees are all loud and yelling and disorderly might as well just go to KFC right next-door

The manager Cheryl was the most respectful, kindest, & attentive server that I’ve ever encountered at any Popeyes location! I’ve been to them all & I can say she has definitely improved the quality of food & also service. I don’t care how far you have to travel, you gone get some hot crispy chicken & a smile when you visit the Page & Ashby location! Thank ya Cheryl!
