Usually I don’t leave reviews online, but this was so ridiculous. I paid for my meal, and what I received was a disaster. I ordered 3 pieces of tenders with fries. Instead, I got a large bone-in chicken piece and mashed potatoes. The service was horrible. I had to wait a long time just to place my order, and then they messed up my meal. I’m really disappointed. It’s not worth coming to this store.

Quick stop for a spicy chicken sammich on the way to a Blues game on Saturday afternoon. Ordered on the app ten minutes ahead of arrival, got to the drive thru, food was not ready…. Told to pull up from the drive thru window. Waited as the line grew longer behind me. A young man came out and asked me to move further up. I asked him where our food was. No reply, turned and went back inside. Waited twenty minutes from arrival until a young lady came out and asked if we got our food yet. Told her no, we are still waiting. She brought our order out and said they had been waiting on the chicken fingers.

You will absolutely never get all of the things you ordered from this Popeyes. Tonight even after being brought 3 wrong orders and having to go in bc I was missing fries, I got home to see that one of my orders of mashed potatoes was just gravy. Literally, just gravy in a side container. And the classic hot 6 pc wings had no sauce. We would come here all the time bc we love Popeyes but have to limit it to 1-2 times a year bc going here makes us rage every time lol. Nice staff though, just incompetent.

People don’t know how to clean or wear their hair.tried to give it another chance but I’m NEVER COMIMG BACK. I’m a manager at Burger King so I was trying to be understanding but this is just sad. Ms. Grace and the two gentlemen cooking were wonderful and the only reason this review got 2 stars. The owner of this location should be ashamed that they didn’t bother to plow the parking lot after 6 inches of snow. I had to park at the bank and walk over. I watched people get stuck and other people like me walk over. I would not have placed an order on the app if I knew the lot was going to be that awful. Either plow your lot for your staff and customers or close your establishment for the day.

First time at this location. Went inside to order. The lady at the counter was polite, took our order promptly. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 10 chicken tenders, biscuits, 3 fries, 6 jalapeños to go. Ate in the car. All was there. All was hot. All was tasty.

Place a drive thru order you lady was extremely rude while taking my order as well as when I arrived to the window, I asked for extra hot sauce she refused to acknowledge my request , then asked that I pull. Over to wait for my food , I asked again for hot sauce she be cane irritated still no response just said mmmhhhmm she then brought my food to my car missing my jalapeños I had to go into the restaurant to get them, when I seen her I said I don’t get then she turned her back to me and said to an employee that I don’t order them , I offered to get my receipt and a manager stepped in and pulled my reciept showing I purchased them , I then complained about the you lady and she offered me a dessert I declined because it’s not about free things it’s about being treated with respect where i spend my money anyway I got home chicken was spicy and I requested regular , horrible horrible experience get that young lady out of there, creating horrible experiences for customers, treat customers with respect no matter how your day is going , if you can’t do that then maybe that’s not the job for you young lady was heavy set curly pony tail with light green jacket with a food stain right at the front of it. Very unprofessional very immature very childish needs core customer service training.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a fried chicken fast food. The chicken is extremely tough that I had to throw it in the trash. It was supposed to come with 2 Blacken ranch but it only came with 1 buttermilk ranch. I do not recommend wasting your money on this shitty location. Your better off going to raising canes for much better customer service and quality food.

My fiancé and I went to this store on Butler Hill Road to treat ourselves to some very unhealthy but delicious fast food this evening. The crew that you have working your store or an absolute mess! I decided we should go into order since there was a line a mile long at the drive-through. We figured it’d be a little quicker. that was, however, incorrect! We waited for extremely too long while most of them had no idea of what it means to work like there’s a fire in your pants! Everyone’s walking around like they were unsure of what they were doing while another ones sat on their phone texting. I had the girl who took our order. Come back five minutes later to ask me what I was waiting for. Forgot half of my order, and when I asked for my cup for soda, she asked me if I paid for a soda? I had to show my receipt! If I could’ve given zero stars I would have and I will definitely although I love Popeyes food never be back to that establishment again! You all need a mature adult manager at that establishment!

Food was standard, normal fast food good. The service was not good, as we were ignored for the first 7 minutes. The person packed meals for the drive thru, walking past us several times without acknowledging us in any way… even talking to delivery and carry out folks while ignoring us! I’d go back though, because fast food is often this way.
