Pretty good food, though it always seems like they’re out of blackened chicken. Medium-to-long wait for a fast food place. Service is usually pretty good! Last time especially. It’s great when people are friendly and nice and that happened last visit.
However, this Popeye’s nearly always forgets to add something you asked for. And usually, they’ll have had you pull up past the window to wait. So by the time you realize something wasn’t included, the person who ran the food out to you is already back inside. Last time, they forgot the honey I specifically asked for. The food was only luke warm.
One time there were people in the building later at night and I think their online hours said open for business. I drove up and no one served me in the drive through and the doors to the lobby were locked. Definitely weird… Maybe a private event? Does Popeye’s do birthdays?
Overall, not super impressed. But the people are nice! And the food is pretty good when you get your order as asked.

Terrible store to online order from. Received totally different items. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and received 2 chicken thighs instead. Didn’t even notify me if they were out or anything. Didn’t receive my fries I ordered. Ended up paying over 30$+ for like 15$ worth of items. Bad service and workers!
Update: I been seeing non stop negative reviews on this place, you say you aim to please but yet to do anything. This has been going on for years and still no improvements or changes. Saying things just to not do them.

To list my issues and concerns would be a redundancy of the complaints that have literally been coming in for months… If you truly care about customer satisfaction, these same issues would have been addressed. Slow service, incorrect order, unavailable menu items, and a soda machine that was literally 90% unavailable.
I asked for ketchup and got hot sauce and strawberry jam…
One positive note: staff was friendly but seemed to either be new or struggling.

I called corporate today is March 4, 2026. I have not ate here in four years unfortunately I went to drive-through and approximately 11:10 AM. I was sitting there for three minutes. I finally said hello hello hello someone says hello hold on. I said OK five more minutes went by I said hello again did you forget about me? Someone says hello my speaker is acting up and then I hear nothing so I drive around to the window the most rude person I’ve ever met in my entire life Her name was Neosho She also stated that she was the manager. I asked her what’s wrong. She said what’s wrong with you I said you can at least say I apologize for having you wait almost 14 minutes total ma’am I’m not apologizing because of my speaker broke. I am not taking your order because you drove around now I said I drove around because your speaker is not working. I am not taking your order you have to come in. She said damn that was it for me. By far the worst Popeye’s location in the area. They are very slow, take way too long to prepare an order, and when you do finally receive it, the order is wrong or of the lowest quality. Apparently fried breading with no chicken in it counts as a tender. Avoid this waste of time and visit the store off Butler Hill Road instead. They are way ahead of this one in value and quality.

If I could give this 1/2 star, I would. We ordered 12 chicken tenders, right around noon today. Paid $32 and we got old shriveled tenders. I really should have taken a picture. Most of them were on the smaller side too. My daughter said when they handed her the order, she couldn’t believe how light it felt. I told her she should have checked it before she left the restaurant. I really struggle to understand how this place remains open. Never again.

They’re alright! Normally forget certain items you have to ask for condiments ask for everything! The crew was working together as a team! I haven’t been back there since my chicken smelled funny like rat poisoning or something I just threw it away! My past experiences before was always something the drive through closed or the store not opened on time! It’s always something at this Popeyes!
