I ordered a 3 piece spicy chicken tender combo and a extra biscuit they had me pull up in the drive through as if I was getting my food fresh both of the biscuits was hard as hell couldn’t even eat the whole biscuit cause of how hard they were the tenders where cold and hard and the fries wasn’t warm the only thing that was good was the strawberry Fanta soda and you can’t call Everytime you call it’s as if the unplugged the phone or left it off the hook waste of $16 gone down the drain I won’t ever be going back to this location and I didn’t even get a receipt

I haven’t had Popeyes in a while but was wanting some fried chicken so my husband went to get some for me tonight. He ordered the 8 piece with thighs, drums, and wings. Granite City Popeyes – Thanks! They were so kind to confirm the order and help me walk it all out to my car. My big order was all correct- which is truly a gift, because not all fast food restaurants would have gotten all the details right. The food was also good. Even though I didn’t eat inside the restaurant inside was so clean and well kept.

The lady Michelle and there with the red hair is very rude and was being very rude to us and the new person that she was supposed to be training and custom using file language had to re-cook the food when got home. The food was not all the way done will not go back again.

Manager and workers were very rude. Missing half of our food. Then went in to get our stuff we were missing and they proceeded to be rude as hell. Acted like we were idiots when they legit don’t know how to run a business. They’re missing the cheese bites in the Freddy’s box then said we would just get chicken so we changed it to something else bc they were gonna charge us for all of it and not even replace the item with anything else. Out of half of their products. Dirty place, rude, and unprofessional. They NEED new workers. And a new manager. Very disappointed.

Came here to pick up a mobile delivery order that was supposed to be done already, and they didn’t even know they had one. Had to wait 15 minutes, at which time I used the restroom and noticed how nasty the place is, so I took some pictures. The guy waits for ten minutes and then asks me if the customer wanted to wait for the order or not… I told him I’m still here, so yes. Meanwhile the crew is just gossiping and laughing and having a great time, with trash cans overflowing everywhere, the bathroom needing attention and soap restocked, as well as tables unclean in lobby.
