Slowest fast food in the game. Best to call first- as they can’t even keep this the doors open at this location consistently. Online order system will take your money even when they aren’t open and their customer service is non-existent. If you order ahead they won’t start on your order until you get there anyway so expect to wait forever no matter how you order. Lots of order fulfillment issues; so it’s about a 50/50 chance you will get everything you ordered they way you ordered it. It’s so bad- Door Dashers are making video’s telling people not to order Popeyes because they they won’t pick it up. So done with these losers and their over-priced chicken..

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I ordered simply a 5 tender meal and a 3 piece tender alone. We mobile ordered to make it easier. Got there 7 minutes after ordering on like and they said we are working on it. Okay awesome. Waited 20 minutes outside for the food. It finally came. Start to drive away and we are missing the 3 tenders. Go back and they said they don’t have any ready and it’s going to be 2-3 minutes. 10 minutes later; they are ready. I’ll never go back. Absolutely terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Popeyes corporate should take their name off this establishment. This place hurts the Popeyes brand in such an epic yet braindead fashion, I forgot what I ordered after waiting 45min. Walked in. Loud vulgar music playing. Menu is totally wrong. They no longer carry shrimp but it is still on the menu. Prices on the menu board are wrong. Said meal was $10.49, charged $11.59. I was going to dine in. The food was all prepped, just had to be placed on a tray. We waited 5-10 minutes. I went up to check on our order. I was told– we work at our own pace. The other girl started getting my order together. We took it to go. We will never go there again. The atmosphere was awful and the employees were awful.

Went through drive thru told to pull up. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting on a 8 PC meal. Lady sitting next to me said she had been waiting 1 hour for a 10 PC meal. I got out of car went in to see what was going on. Chicken was ready all sitting under heat lamps. 2 employees had bad attitudes beefing with each other about working. Not one person inside eating and everyone in drive been told to pull up. No orders coming out and why because with their attitudes towards each other they just were not filling orders. Then another employee came up. Coughing in shirt but over food. When I told her what was going on she turned and said can you get this order they say they been waiting outside and now they have came in. They slammed my order together with attitude. Then gave me a bag with half my order. I would never go back there again. They can keep their attitudes for someone else. Let me guess they probably think they deserve 20 dollars an hour too.

They not only got my order wrong but they short you on the sides, a half a cup of $6.99 mac&cheese. I wanted 50/50 mild and hot but got mostly hot and im feeding children. I’m going the KFC for now on. They need to tear that place down. How are you even worse after a remodel.

3 employees, flat soda fountain, ordered spicy tenders received a mixture of random bits n pieces. No iced tea. Judge a book by its cover and avoid this Popeyes. By far the worse one I’ve been in. Go to McDonald’s next door and get their chicken.

It’s telling how many bad reviews are here, all with canned responses saying they “strive to do better”, but things DON’T GET BETTER. Maybe take some of that energy wasted responding online and go visit your store. Then make a change and not just another excuse. I used to love Popeye’s spicy chicken, biscuits, red beans and rice. Too bad the store is consistently dirty, food quality is poor, service is slow, and unfriendly. I won’t waste my money here any more just to see the experience remain terrible!

The front worker was short staffed and doing it all on her own. She was calm and kind and did a wonderful job. The food was amazing and worth the wait.
