The manger, Antwon, is all about providing excellent customer service! You can tell that the work atmosphere is one of mutual respect between him and his staff. He holds his staff to the same standards that he has, and he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty. The service was fast and friendly, and you can’t beat the price. I will definitely patronize this restaurant again, even though I live over an hour away.

I recently stopped at the Popeyes in Danville and ordered a 5-piece tenders meal with fries and coleslaw.
While sitting at the drive-thru window, I could clearly hear employees making rude and unprofessional comments about another customer who had come back because their order was wrong. That alone was concerning.
Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing. By the time I drove the five minutes to work and sat down to eat, the fries were cold and tasted old. The coleslaw was warm and sour, as if it had not been properly refrigerated. The chicken tenders were rubbery and unappetizing.
Given what I overheard at the window, I didn’t feel confident that calling to address the issue would accomplish anything.
This is the third time I’ve tried this location hoping for improvement, and it will be my last. The quality of food and the lack of professionalism at this store are unacceptable.

Ordered the food online at 9pm.
Pick up 9.30 pm and the food its not ready. The ladies told me to pull up the front and wait there, i wait 22 min there and still not ready, eveb already 5 cars passing me and got their order. So i decided to pull back and ask them where is my food. And then they ask me again whats my order, i told them i got 2 different order, they make it about 5 min later only one order, then i told them for the third or fourth time if i got another order. Finally they make it my other order. The Blackened chicken its unexpected this time.
The boneless wings is good, but the only things they might need to change the management.

When we pulled up to the speaker we were asked to hold on before ordering and were finally asked to order about five minutes later. (It didn’t seem busy.) We ordered, pulled up, paid, and got our drinks, and then were asked to pull forward and wait again. We finally got our order and didn’t get the correct side with one of our meals. The entire time it took between pulling up to the speaker and finally driving away was about thirty minutes. And we didn’t even get our entire order. (We ordered regular sized meals for three people and there were maybe three cars total including ours in the drive through during the half hour we were there. I’ve worked fast food before. I know it can be rough… but this was a pretty insane wait time…)
I will point out that the food was fresh when we got it and the French fries were very tasty. They also gave us A LOT of fries… one of the portions of fries was supposed to be mashed potatoes, but they did give us a lot of the fries, so at least there’s that.

Ebony took my order, she is passionate in taking orders and making sure they are made to order, and compensated for the slight wait with extra wings. The food was Fresh and it tasted amazing! This location has improved tremendously! Will be back 🙂

My boyfriend and I dined in this facility. This is a SORRY place for a popeyes. service was terrible. almost forgot all of our food that we ordered. food was cold. booths and tables were dirty. embarrassing. highly DO NOT recommend

Food was absolutely horrible, cold and made wrong ordered from door dash , took Popeyes 1.5 hrs to make and delivered. Red Beans and Rice and gravy on the mashed potatoes tasted burnt

Went 11-3-20, Purchased a family meal, manager made us pay $1 extra for what was advertised on their own drive thru menu. Cashier seemed confused about the price and meal to begin with so I should’ve anticipated issues right then. They forgot to include biscuits, went in to get them. They gave us 5 horribly burnt biscuits. Not worth going back. I do not recommend. Chicken is burnt and tastes like old grease. Disgusting. They have forever lost my business.

I am a Uber driver picking up for a customer your store is the most unsanitized store I have ever seen in my life none of your workers use gloves they’re not even cooking fresh food they have it all box on warmers and who knows how long it’s been there. Some girls that don’t evenin work there and are walking around in the back of the restaurant just touching food. So my opinion I would never eat here.

Probably the worst service I have ever had to deal with went through the drive-thru paid purchased 1 item was told to pull forward waited 10 minutes figured they had people inside and it was busy not the case I had to pull around park and go in now 30+ minutes later stood in line kid they got working is completely incompetent and moves slower then molasses in winter the amount of time I had to wait for food in a fast food restaurant was ridiculous never going back could have spent less and wasted less time. This popeyes need a serious staff overhaul.
