Was at the drive through for 10 mins saying “hello” nobody answered at all and then I eventually drove off…seen The employees through the window doing nothing…. There has been many times this has happened….they have no care for you as a person trying to eat and feed your family as they are just all around rude. Especially they mess up all the time putting bone in your chicken when you say and order boneless then go to have them remake it they act like it’s the biggest thing in the world and they can’t fix why they did wrong.

Visit on 10/2/25. Elle, the manager made sure my Mom & I got what we ordered. Hot fresh chicken straight out the fryer, mashed potatoes with gravy was hot & seasoned, biscuits were soft & good as well. I always make a trip to this particular Popeyes because of the hot, fresh food I always get. It’s worth the 10 min trip that I travel to receive fantastic service & good food. Keep up the good work.

Great chicken! Very nice service from Ellie! We had to wait on spicy chicken and she was so kind while we waited.. even gave us free drinks! Unfortunately I didn’t check the bag and she forgot our biscuits.. we were already down the road so we did not go back. Definitely will visit again though! Clean store and friendly service makes the chicken taste even better! Thank you Ellie!

1. Drive thru doesn’t take orders right, when they get to you.
2. Rude drive thru employee. Too busy talking to listen on her headset for what is being ordered. Had to repeat order twice. Counts wrong change back. Order to take 5 min, I park on the side. (I have NO problem having to wait for something!!)
3. Twenty two (22) minutes later, no sandwich. I go inside and am told they’re making it now!
I took one bite and spit it out. The “just made” sandwich was ice cold. It’s the absolute worst I’ve ever had. I’ll never go again.
I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

I don’t like the NEW staff, the chicken is smaller the sides small with barely any gravy,went back and they served me this, why would you serve to a CUSTOMER PLEASE DO BETTER
