The only reason why there are two stars is because Popeyes food is essentially the same recipe everywhere.
I recently moved to this nice area and was completely taken back of this experience. It’s not like I am expecting 5 star Michelin service however I’m sure most of us have waited in a long Chick Fil Le drive thru and still rarely ever are disrespected. We ordered via the app for pickup as seen in the receipt. Order placed 7:55pm , arrived 8:35pm and we went inside to pickup- there was a sign on the door that the lobby was closed . Mind you the line for drive thru was about 5 cars deep waiting. So we naturally went to the line. When we got to the microphone the lady said ”welcome to Popeyes” my boyfriend stated verbatim “hi, I have a pickup order..” the girl immediately cuts him off saying “I didn’t ask you that, what is your name?” Mind you she never actually asked a question. He said “hold on who are you talking to like that” she says “YOU now what’s your name?” I told him just say your name and he said that in response. She says “pull up” and he was like “pull up where like in the drive thru or pull over to park” she said so rudely in the 4 second video . Her use of words, the tone, attitude, and ignorance was just unbelievable and unnecessary. She had to be doing this to everyone because the car in front of us thru their food at the window (while closed) so I’m assuming they had the same experience as us. You can see in the video the rest of the interaction. In addition to that they threw the food in the bag to wear the paper bag had Cole saw and beans /rice leaking through causing the bag to get soggy and rip and get all over my clothes. So we ended up having to carry everything individually. Ultimately I will be returning to speak to a manager because I understand how she likely had a tough night whether that’s because people called out on New Years Eve and they were understaffed OR some guests may have been rude. You still don’t treat everyone the same. It’s fast food and customer service- they don’t need to work there if they do not have the mindfulness of how to conduct business at the end of the day.

When’s the Popeyes today to pick me some chicken up? I got a biscuit and a small Mac and cheese I asked for some honeydrive a window. This time was at 1:41 PM on February 16th, her number on the receipt was 70055. This Young lady. has a very nasty attitude. The young lady in the Driv through window It was at 141, her received number had 700055. This is not the first time I went there and she was nasty, she looked at you like you did something to her. She don’t like your Job.

This was decent first experience the chicken was hot, fresh although we did have to wait for 15-20mins for the spicy, the the order was everything we ordered along with hot peppers, apple and strawberry cheesecake pies.
One thing, I did have a problem with was using my rewards, the employees were not aware or knew how to help. even going home to input the reward code , I was unable to input it in, lost points.
I would suggest an easier user-friendly input interface no time frame on use, training of the employees as well to prompt sales and customers, coming back to store repeatedly to use and get more points.

The new manager that is a lady short Hispanic looking gives so much attitude her customer service can be better. The old man was way nicer had better customer service skills. I loved this location, but ever since she started managing it’s going downhill. Hope they switch manager soon.

The only reason I’m leaving this review is for the young lady that was taking orders today around 1:30 when I went in. I went to pick up my online order and there were at least 8 people in line. She was taking handling it and with good customer service. I had to wait 10 minutes for her to help me but I wasn’t mad.. cuz she was busy. But they did have at least 6 people in the back.. look like 2 of them managers.. someone could have helped her with the online orders. But like I said she handled it and with a good attitude… wish I had got her name but she was a young Latina with nice makeup!

I went there today to buy some chicken, I have not eaten nothing today so I was starving, there was no line at the drive thru window, they took my order and I went to pay, after waiting for more than 15 minutes at the window someone came to the window and told me to move forward because they were “waiting for chicken ” I moved my car forward and then after another 15 minutes and noticing that they where serving everyone else who was behind me on the line I just went inside to ask why they made me move my car and then proceeded to serving everyone else but me? A man who was there ask me did you order milde chicken? I said yes then he said: oh that’s another 7 minutes, my only question is: why in hell they didn’t tell me right after I ordered that there was a fricking 30 minutes wait for the chicken??!!! I probably would have not had paid anything and just eaten a couple of eggs in my house and gotten to bed, it’s sad how bad the service is in a place where I have bought chicken for more years than I can even remember…

Went through drive thru to pick up a mobile order. There was maybe three cars in front of me, waited over 10 minutes and still haven’t got to the speaker to say what I was here for so I parked to go inside. The line of cars was very long. Went inside and there were a couple customers eating but no body in line. I saw six employees: 1 at the register on drive thru, 1 walking around on her phone, one standing by the chicken in her phone, 1 restocking chicken, 1 who helped me with my order, while the last one(I’m assuming was the manager since she had a different, grey, shirt on, walk near me, doesn’t saying anything, leans over the counter to be on her phone and has it very loud. This is why drive thru takes so long, lots of worker getting paid to be on their phones rather than doing their jobs.

don’t even bother because popeyes in general really just play with your food and your money. these were the “tenders” btw.. literally just skin and grease. if i can rate this 0 stars then i would because that’s what i rate this excuse for a chicken tenders. can you imagine being hungry all day and all you want is some juicy meaty chicken tenders from popeyes and all you get is this??? crazy work man. crazy work
