I visited this Popeyes location through the drive thru around 7:30 PM on Saturday, January 31st, and unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing.
The young lady who took my order was extremely abrupt from the start. When I pulled up to the window, my food was simply placed there without a single word. She didn’t say “here’s your food,” “thank you,” or “have a good day.” I only realized my order was ready because I happened to see it sitting in the window. There was no acknowledgment at all.
I understand that food service can be busy, but basic courtesy and communication are part of the experience. A simple greeting and thank you go a long way. This location could really benefit from additional customer service training because the interaction felt rushed, impersonal, and lackluster.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience.

I found a long piece of weave in my box of chicken. I didn’t find it until I got to the last piece of chicken, so because of that the offered me a $1 refund. Unbelievable!!!!! I will NEVER eat in there again. I threw up what I did eat because I was so disgusted. Do better Popey’s

Horrible location. Multiple times have they messed up orders whether it’s pickup or delivery. Tonight specifically they claimed to have ran out of food and were telling people they are closed. Told us to come back in the morning didn’t care to take my name to make sure I even receive the service I should’ve received tonight, in the morning. Their customer service drives me away from Popeyes completely and I am done giving my money to this establishment.

Does not honor promotions popeyes offers. Donna the manager on duty said they regularly dont honor available promotions under the instruction of the store manager Sonya. Was overcharged, contacted bank for fraud. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BECAUSE THEY OVERCHARGE AND POCKET THE MONEY!!!! ESPECIALLY DONNA AND SONYA!!!

I visited Popeye’s on yesterday for the rippin chicken meal. I got settled in my recliner, opened the meal to dissatisfaction. I didn’t realize that the biscuits have gotten so small, and the chicken looked nothing like what is presented on the commercial.
