I’ve visited this location several times, and unfortunately, each visit has been consistently disappointing—but in different ways. From being served cold food after waiting over 20 minutes, to receiving cold and indifferent service, it’s clear that customer care is not a priority here.

On my most recent visit, I ordered a 5-piece Spicy Tender Combo. What I received was unacceptable: three actual tenders that had been cut into five pieces to appear as five. Two of the “tenders” were literally halves of the same piece. None of them were spicy, and the portions were so small that a couple were barely bigger than a French fry. The fries, by the way, were also cold.

Does this look like $16 worth of food to anyone?

After reading other reviews, I noticed a pattern, not just in the complaints, but in the owner’s responses, which appear to be copy/pasted. This tells me that no real changes are being made and the customer feedback is being ignored. Based on the consistency of complaints, I wouldn’t be surprised if employees are being told to cut tenders to save on food costs. If so, that’s dishonest and unethical.

In addition to this public review, I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office regarding this location and its ownership/management.

Update: Received a free replacement from corporate, used it months later. Asked for spicy, didnt get spicy. Asked for fries, received beans and rice. Paid for extra blackened ranch, didnt even receive it. This place and its management are garbage. I will do everything I can to tell everyone to avoid this poorly run location.

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a value item 3 piece tender. When I got to the window the person working said 10$ and change. I advised them I ordered 3 piece tenders it said 5$ on the menu. They told me since I didn’t mention it was a value item they would have to charge me essentially double what they had on the drive thru menu. I told them I’m ok then if thats the case and the young boy in there was looking very hostile like he wanted to fight me. I dont ever make negative reviews but this was actually appalling…

So I ordered a three-piece all legs. I ordered a two piece all legs and I ordered another two-piece all legs. They gave me what they wanted to give me and then when I tried to call back and complain, they never answered the phone so if I go back in there and throw my food in a face, would I be wrong Because they got my food order wrong I paid money for a certain meal and they didn’t get it and they make chicken on the spot so why couldn’t they make my legs or tell me they didn’t have any instead of just making a decision for me? when this picture does these look like legs three legs you tell me

The best Popeyes I have ever been to! The customer service was amazing. The dining area could have received some ❤️ love, and the food temperature could have been hotter, but it was ! It really saddens me that Milwaukee Popeyes looks like third World Country, and the employees just do not care. This location should train all the rest of the locations. Great job, you all. And that frying guy was surely frying! Now you know, Eat.Play.Grind approved!

Horrible drive thru service. They don’t respond at the speaker and when you inquire at the window to make sure your order is correct they shake their heads like the customer is the issue . When they seriously can’t comprehend simple and basic English .
Their chicken is not that good to have to be treated as if they’re doing me a favor , I personally will not return . Where is Browns Chicken when you need them , now that was good chicken .

This place always forgets to complete the order, biscuits for the family meal, sauces, miscounted pieces of chicken, it’s a joke how many times a restaurant can “forget” part of your meal. If you try to call, they don’t even answer the phone #update shame on me I ordered a family meal again a month later and now they forgot my large fries side order. AND OF COURSE THEY DON’T ANSWER THEIR DAMN PHONE Smfh JOKE

This is the WORST! When you order a meal and you say “Can you make the meal a large” and you get regular sized orders… something is wrong with that. Not only was the order not taken correctly, but it was not a completed order. So basically waited 20 minutes for the order then to find out that the order is wrong to go back to get the right order and not even an I am sorry for the inconvenience, sorry took so long, sorry for the wait. Just some common courtesy. If I was able to rate a zero you’d definitely get that! You want your orders to be messed up? Orders not taken correctly? Not a welcoming atmosphere? Well go to this place and good luck!
