My Main Reason for this Rating is not for the Restaurant, it’s for a specific Manager named Martha.
I purchased 2 Surf & Turf Orders, they’re supposed to come with chicken tenders and shrimp, they forgot to give me the Shrimp on Both Orders. I also ordered spicy tenders and I got Regular ones.
The chicken tenders tasted like Raw Chicken.
The Manager Martha was cooking the food when I was at Restaurant.
I had to drive back to get my order corrected, when I got inside the Restaurant the atmosphere felt heavy because of this Manager Martha’s attitude towards her coworkers, she was in the back room filling the racks with food to be served, she grabbed a tray with Shrimp and just threw it really hard towards the front and the Shrimp fell all over the floor.
The Rest of the Employess were working really hard to fill up a lot of orders.
I asked this very Nice Kind Cashier to help me with my order, her name ia Adriana.
She helped me quickly and with a great attitude.
I’ve been going to this Popeyes Restaurant for Years and Adriana has always had a very good and courteous attitude towards all the customers.
She should be the Manager Instead, they have a Great team at this Popeyes. Except for this Manager Martha.

I don’t know how they do it, but their original “The Sandwich” but spicy is so good. So crispy and juicy at the same time, great pickles. My favorite chicken sandwich, period. I like it better than Chick-fil-a, Dave’s, etc..

This is the worst popeyes in the nation. Every time I go against my judgement and come here, I’m more than disappointed. I ordered ghost pepper wings and they sent plain wings with random seasoning on top. The ghost pepper is supposed to be baked into the wing batter. They just serve you whatever they feel like giving you every single time.

I had an extremely disappointing experience today, and the level of customer service I received was unacceptable. My order was missing an item, and when I brought it to the employee’s attention, she immediately snapped at me and insisted the item was in the bag. We checked again, and when I informed Maria that it was not there, she became even more rude and dismissive.
She then questioned whether I had even paid for the item. After I confirmed that I had, she demanded to see my receipt and continued to speak to me with a strong attitude while finally handing me the missing item. There was no apology at any point.
On top of that, I ordered a Two Can Dine, which is supposed to include 6 tenders, but only 5 tenders were provided. When I tried calling the store to address this issue, I had to call 7 times before anyone answered. When I finally spoke with her, she was disrespectful, raised her voice to nearly yelling, and essentially asked me what I expected her to do about it.
This was by far the worst service I have experienced at this location. Maria’s attitude was completely unprofessional, and she demonstrated zero customer service skills. I was very unhappy and extremely displeased with my experience, and this situation needs to be addressed.

Third time in a row at this location that items were missing from an order. Food was cold immediately upon receiving it from the drive thru window. Staff talks over you when you try to order and are extremely blunt. I tried to call the store to remedy the situation, they don’t answer their phone. Now I’m forced to drive all the way back to resolve this issue in person. This is how you run a restaurant into the ground. I will never dine at this Popeyes location again! Do Better.

They had no fountain drinks or even bottles of water at this location. Completely unacceptable. I love Popeyes but honestly, if you have no drinks, how can you please the customers? Staff is also very rude. Consider going elsewhere if you can.

This is the worst Popeyes in the area. The customer service is beyond redemption. The two ladies in this video are horrible. The younger individual thought it was funny to get my food incorrect after having me wait over an hour for it once getting there 30 minutes after placing the order. I had to drive all the way back from my home for an order they did not prepare until I got there initially anyway. I recommend going to the Geneva location to save you the headache.
