This place is terrible. They’re not professional at all. It looks like it is a family owned business, and they have really bad behavior. I ordered some food, parked in front of them and checked to make sure we got all the food. I order 6 different menu items, one was missing. I went inside to ask for it. One woman in there was really mean and saying that she packs the food herself like I would steal one chicken sandwich. She was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend going there if there is another option. She ended up giving me the sandwich, but they all started laughing, which is really unprofessional. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life before. This is my first time seeing something like that. It’s terrible. They shouldn’t open a business if they don’t know what customer service is. They don’t even deserve one star. It’s a zero star, but I have no choice, but to give them the one star

They were very nice and I got my food very quickly after I ordered. That is the only problem, I waited several minutes to have my order taken. Normally they are very quick. Everything tasted great. Drove to this location after another location was out of chicken sandwiches! They also only had enough tenders for a small order so I made the drive to Tinley Park.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in last night for take out and I order a 12 piece nugget and Mac and cheese. When I got home I opened my Mac and cheese and noticed that I barley got any. I called and asked to speak to the manager and he barely even let me get out any words first off. When he finally stopped speaking and allowed me to say what I had to say, I told him about the amount of Mac & cheese I received and he went on to say that “the amount that is given isn’t based of the size of the cup”. Like BFFR and make it make sense. I’ve never experienced this at any Popeyes location. I contacted Popeyes customer service and Jessica helped me out and gave me reward points. Moral of the story don’t go to this location the customer service is trash!

Ordered online for pick-up inside. Food was prepared once I got there, so preordering was pointless. The food was packaged quickly, a quick glance to make sure I wasn’t missing anything…no BBQ sauce…was told they were out, they didn’t even bother to tell me. Got home and all of my biscuits were missing. Contacted customer service and although it was automated they did offer me a credit for the missing items.

I love Popeyes chicken, spicy tenders are always on point, but recently this location has just been slacking. Mac and cheese is always over cooked into a pile of mush. Something is always missing, this time my biscuit. I think it’s time to check out the Mokena location.

We went through the drive through, we asked for fresh and hot, the ghost wings were luke warm at best. We asked for fresh wings, we pulled up as asked, I went in and saw that the wings were put back into the grease, there were strong complaints, someone in charge made fresh wings. Another lady came back into the store to complain about chicken fingers not having enough meat and too much crust. We will never come back to this restaurant

WITH OUT A DOUBT THE BEST SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!!! Seriously!!! You need to try it. The bun is toasted a couple pickles on it and a spicy sauce and the biggest boneless chicken breast ever. Wow !! So juicy!

I had previously left a bad review for this location. But after trying them out yesterday I have to say I felt the need to come back on here and delete my old review. My order was perfect. The food and service was really good . I’m not sure if this location is under new management but everything was perfect.

During the Pandemic, this place has remained a stable place for food. I have heard that this place was understaffed but that didn’t stop the manager from doing this job and providing service. Good man. Deserves a raise.
